Excellent communication. Timely and professional service. I had an idea of what I wanted but Oscar was able to give me advice and suggestions on details.

Oscar and his crew were professional, friendly and affordable. The whole job looked so nice, I would recommend Down Under Services to anyone needing landscaping work.

Oscar and his crew have been providers of the landscape maintenance services for our family's rental property.  As I am not local, it is important to me that services are done on schedule and with professionalism.  They have certainly been reliable and more important than that, have been very respectful of the needs of our tenants.  Since contracting with Down Under Services, we have had multiple tenants in the property and each of them have shared the same positive experience.  Their prices are reasonable and their professionalism is refreshing.  

The best landscape crew we have had in 30 years of owning this home! They pay great attention to detail, and are quick to respond if a problem arises. They work hard, have a great attitude, and are very professional. Our yard always looks so great, and we receive many compliments from the neighbors.  

We are so pleased with the entire project. They did a wonderful job. All the workers were so nice. Oscar has a great crew.

Not as well as we hoped. It looked good a first when Omar came by, quoted us $600 for the job, and initially installed the tube system. Then he "discovered" that we needed new regulators (two) because the water pressure was too high. Even with the new regulators that were an additional purchase item, the dripper heads all kept falling off. Omar was really good by coming back to "fix" them by putting them back on the tubes. The first time was a bit of a challenge because he didn't respond to texts or calls (he said his phone broke and it took him a few weeks to get a new one). But the next time the watering timer went off, so did the dripper heads (yet again). He said he'd come back again to see what he could do, but he also said that he did not know what else to do because regulators only take the water pressure down to 30 psi (I later learned this is inaccurate). He made an appointment for noon last Sunday (7/24/2016), so we stayed home and waited. And waited. No response to texts. No response to phone calls. Haven't seen or heard from him since! Fast forward to now. We went to Home Depot for guidance (though Omar told us not to go there). Seems that drippers come in adjustable versions to accommodate a range of water PSI. We had to buy new tubing, because the tubes he initially installed were stretched out at the ends from repeatedly having the drippers pop off and then get pushed back in. We bought several sets of new dripper heads (adjustable ones!) and re-laid both new tubing and dripper heads. Now ... all is well. Would I hire them again? No way. Omar was very polite. But he is neither reliable not effective. And I still have not had any response from him since he stood us up last Sunday.

It went very well and I recommend them for not only the special yard cleanup and monthly yard care, but also the regrading and other things I asked them to do in the yard. <br />

They were very responsive.  They were right on time.

I cannot rave enough about Warren, Oscar and the whole team. In June of 2014, Down aunder Services landscaped our entire backyard (almost a third of an acre), transforming a rocky, dirt-filled wasteland into a gorgeous, lush space with a tiered hill and grass. WOW! We loved it so much that we signed up for their maintenance (gardening) services as well and most recently hired them again for our front yard. The prices are also extremely reasonable and I appreciated the open lines of communication. They finish every job on time and are very transparent about costs and expectations. We are moving to a new home and will be calling Warren again for all of our future landscaping needs there as well. <br />

i had called a few services listed on Angie's list. Down Under was the most responsive of all. They contacted me back within a few hours as compared to others who I have not heard back after a few days ,or,  not at all. Rob did a wonderful job. Work was done efficiently and professionally. Pricing was also reasonable. <br />

Mike did a great job. He was on time, professional, and honest. Would recommend them to other people and would definitely call Mike and Down Under Services again! <br />
