Did a terrible job spackling and sanding want me to show him what is wrong with it I sent him pictures of the job I'm very upset because I was supposed to be able to paint it and it's a mess now

"We received a message from the customer stating that he was not happy with the finished product. The message was returned immediately stating we will do what's needed to rectify any problems .Doyle drywall did request customer to be at project site when we return. . Doyle drywall returned to project less than36 hours after Complaint. Customer was home when Doyle Drywall Co returned but refused to see us. We re-sanded the job and cleaned up anyway and still have not heard back. All we wanted to do was to fix whatever the customer was not happy with."

We had a cracked ceiling and sagging ceilings in 3 rooms, and a portion of drywall hanging but off the nails, larry and his son, replaced the broken pieces and shored up the rest with drywall nails, and insulation, and in some cases new drywall. A dirty, difficult job, which had to be done two days in a row as it required furniture moved and painters to follow. He recommended a painter for us as well, which allowed us to set the whole thing up for one week of inconvenience, but got the job done. He and his son were pleasant as well which helped through this trying experience. Since this problem is uniform through our development we had seen where ceilings had caved in on others and were caving in slowly on the rest and wanted this done before anything fell down on us and hurt us or guest. Larry cut out two days to do 3 rooms, which allowed us to set the painter up for completion. We also had to bring in a electrician to shore up a ceiling fan now that the ceilings were set properly.

I was given Larry’s name by a family friend to quote re-doing my living room and bedroom ceiling. Larry was quick to get back to my phone call as well as begin the work. His quote was fair, better than two others I had received! Larry worked quickly and did an amazing job. He kept me informed throughout the entire job and was so easy to talk to. After meeting him, I trusted him to be in my home alone, using a lock box, which allowed for him to come on his schedule without me having to be there. Larry did a wonderful job, going above and beyond to touch up some imperfections on my walls as well. I would 100% recommend Larry to anyone looking for drywall/Sheetrock work done! It went great. It was easy to schedule time for Larry to take a look. He came very quickly, emailed a quote with our options for repair. I really like that Larry provided a written quote with the options explained. Also happy he uses email to communicate so we can avoid the whole "phone tag" issue I've had with many other contractors. On the scheduled day, he and his partner arrived very promptly and got right to work. He cut out the damaged part of the ceiling and patched in a new part. The work looks GREAT! I couldn't have asked for a better job done. Thanks guys!

He hasn't come yet, so I can't say anything more. This is October 12. He came on October 8 to look things over and said he would email an estimate. So, at this point, we are awaiting his email and will decide whether to hire him or not. He was very pleasant and I hope we can engage his work. This is all I can report at this time, obviously.

Larry was great. Came quickly for an inspection. We agreed on day he begins working. His work putting up studs and drywall was very professional, very clean and neat. He showed up as promised at a good time. HE IS A FINISHER! He completed the work, as promised, in a timely fashion. I highly recommend him.

It went very well. He said he would come 3 times to complete the work. He was very agreeable to the times we arranged. <br /> Larry was very pleasant and helpful. Since there was a 4 day gap between his second and third visit (because of Thanksgiving), he offered to take all of his equipment away for our convenience. But we insisted that he leave it for his next visit, and he put it as much out of the way as possible. It was considerate of him. <br /> He is a delightful person. We would gladly have him do further work for us, and would recommend him to others. <br />

Larry Doyle repaired the damage to the ceiling and wall. He installed new drywall in both areas and left it looking as if there had never been a leak. He came back twice following the repair to put additional coats of plaster over the new drywall and then smooth it out. He did an excellent job, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs this type of repair.

Larry arrived on time on the day of the estimate and every day that work was performed, He and his staff were very professional and courteous and the work was finished ahead of time. I am very happy with the final product - the ceiling and walls are ready to paint. I expected to have a lot of clean-up once the project was complete given the nature of the work but Larry cleaned the work area before he left. <br /> I plan on having additional drywall work done in the future and am happy to have someone I know I can trust and who does a terrific job. <br />

Great, I even got my new cleaning lady recommended by Larry. He and his son did the work. Larry is particular about his work and he did a great job cleaning up. Now my home is ready for the painter another AngiesList find to come late March and repaint those areas. Thank you again AngiesList. <br />
