This is the best experience I have ever had with any type of contractor. Paul was professional and extremely efficient especially in dealing with the city and obtaining permits. He and his crew were very polite, knowledgeable and extremely responsive. His pricing was also significantly better than the first company that I called for the job.

dpaul did a great job, had hoped to use him in the future but NO!... I have contacted him several times to do some work and he has not the courtesy to even return me call. what happend to you? you had a promising future but this clearly shows you do not care anymore.

Called DPaul at 8:30am, had someone out by 11:30am the same day and work was done quickly. He had to snake the main drain from the roof. So far so good!!

Not well. ?I am a single female and feel he didn't handle this service professionally. ?Instead of taking a few minutes to go down the street 1.3 miles to a local hardware store to pick up the needed materials, he took four hours to come back with the materials and he charged me $85/hour for these four hours. ?When he came back he was very rushed, saying he had to hurry to get to another job. ?When I asked the plumber which plumbing place he drove to for four hours, he mumbled some names but really couldn't tell me. After the shower faucet repairs the hot and cold temperature is now very touchy and hard to control. ?The plumber was very kind when he left and promised to come back and finish work on my kitchen sink, so I paid him the full amount. ?He charged me for 5 hours, 4 of which were travel. He took a sink part with him I assume to help him with a repair when he returned. ?However he never came back. ?I called him the following week and he said there was nothing more he needed to do. ?I do not recommend others use their service. I attempted to call him a few times and he keeps telling me that he finished the work.

Excellent service––when our tenant's plumbing backed up on a Saturday he was able to come within an hour and fixed it right away. Very friendly and helpful. He gave me advice for how to avoid the problem in the future. Reasonable price for an emergency fix on a Saturday.

Everything was fine. It was right before the hurricane and they came out on a holiday. I mean it was unbelievable. It was very good. We were happy with that.

DPaul Plumbing replaced my kitchen faucet. Work was performed well on time and stuff was courteous. I would recommend them to a friend or neighbor.

The plumber, Dirk, was very courteous and professional. He showed up on the promised date and time and performed quality work. He called the day before the scheduled appointment date to confirm the time he would come by. I would definitely use this company again.

Mr. Paul was exceptional: professional, prompt, reasonable, easy to work with. He came out the next day, on a Saturday, and his work was excellent, He had me send pictures from my phone so he could arrive with the correct materials, saving me a great deal of time. He gave me a set price prior to arriving due to the photos, which impressed me and sold me on his services. The repairs passed the insurance inspection with flying colors. I could not be happier and would recommend him highly to anyone.

DPaul was courtesy, professional and accommodating. I made the mistake of trying to go with another plumber who was none of those and DPaul came to the rescue when the other guy couldn't do the job. Very reasonably price and quick. Next plumbing job I have, I'm calling him first.

I was very satisfied with the job performed by DPaul Plumbing Inc. I called the owner of the company in regards to my job and he responded right away and very professionally. He came to look at my plumbing situation within a couple of days, provided an analysis and came back to do the job a couple of days later. I had contacted numerous plumbers prior and none called me back except one who came to look under my house, ripped off the screen to my crawl space and never contacted me again to provide me with a quote, nonetheless, do the work. DPaul seemed confident he could do the job. He and a partner arrived promptly to do the job and did it efficiently. They left the works areas clean. I highly recommend DPaul Plumbing Inc. and would contact them again if another plumbing situation should arise

My lawn guy accidentally hit the main water line going into the house. Unfortunately, not only was this over the Christmas holidays but my tenant was out of the country. I requested a quote from DPAUL Plumbing on December 30, 2015 and they came out and repaired the line the very next day on New Year's Eve!!! <br /> The owner was extremely professional and his workers were prompt and attentive. The property is in Miami and I live in Sunrise so  it was difficult for me to be there when they were available. I was able to organize and coordinate everything with them over the telephone. I sent them pictures of the line, via text.  And they did the same after the line was repaired. <br /> Because my tenant was still out of the country when they repaired the line, I didn't want them to turn the water on. So the tenant turned on the water upon his return, only to find that the water pressure was low. I reached out to DPAUL and he had his guys go out and resolve the issue at no additional cost. Apparently there was an obstruction in the line. <br /> I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of emergency plumbing repairs. <br />
