For some unknown reason, he just disappears off the face of the planet and refuses to connect no matter where you are in the job. Working with him has been one of the most frustrating situations I have ever been involved in.

First-floor rewiring, new electrical panel, installation of exterior lights and generator, and a ton of built-in ceiling light fixtures. I enjoyed his promptness and his customer service, however, I am still waiting for the job to be done so all of his good work is ruined. I still need three exterior light fixtures installed, an exterior outlet, and several indoor electrical outlets replaced. I have contacted Dustin several times over the past two years to finish the job, but he does not show or call. My lesson learned: Do not give your final payment until after the job is completely done. He has agreed multiple times to come but I am still waiting.
