CALLED HIM AT EVENING HOURS, HE SAID DROP IT OFF. DROPPED IT OFF THE NEXT MORNING AT 0900. HE SAID IT WOULD BE READY MAYB MONDAY OR TUESDAY. HE CALLED ME BACK SAME DAY I DROPPED IT OFF AND SAID THE FOOT STOOL WAS READY FOR PICK UP. HE TOOK PICTURES OF THE REPAIRED SOCKET BEFORE INSTALLING THE LEG. GREAT WORK, PERFECT. <br />

Table , table leg and chairs look good. until we really started checking them out. the sealer that was put on the chairs was put on in a rush you can see the run marks <br /> Table now a year later the sealant is coming off and the leg is having to be fixed again <br /> Would not recommend <br />

Performed 3 repairs in my home: stabilized and tightened a large china cabinet, retooled and repaired unique spindles on a bookcase, repaired a broken leg on a drop leaf table. Took a leather chair to his shop, where he tightened a loose arm, added cushioning to the seat, and restored the wooden arms and legs. <br /> Mr. Wright and all of his assistants were professional and competent in all ways. <br />

Had to return the table top several times due to poor quality of work. Did not show up when he said he would. Overall, disappointed in both the quality and the length of time it took. Ended up taking more than 2 months when it was originally quoted as taking a few weeks.. <br />

Drae was quick to respond to give me a quote on both pieces. I thought the total price was on the high side but did not get any other estimates for a comparison as he had great reviews on Angie's List. He did a great job of eliminating the gouges on the front of the desk and the leg on the chair looks like it was never broken! I will use Drae again and will recommend him to my friends. <br />

Drae came as promised on Monday and picked up the chair. He repaired both arms and returned it on Wednesday. The fabric covered chair looks good and feels solid. We are extremely satisfied with the work and with the cost. Should the need arise we would use Drea again. <br />

Contacted. Mr. Drae, met him and after looking at the broken leg said he was sure he could repair it. He repaired the leg, met us at a location with the leg. Very friendly, helpful and the work done was just what he said he could do. I would definitely use him again if the need arises. <br />

Based on reviews on Angie's list I called Drae because I had a desk and a vanity that needed repairs. I explained to him that I was moving and that the work would have to be finished in a timely manner. He came the next day and gave me an estimate that I accepted. It was a Thursday and he told me that he would be finished by the following Wednesday. Since I had not heard anything on Thursday, I called and was told that I should get my furniture back very soon. I said I would like it before Thanksgiving, which was the following Thursday. Drae told me that I would get it long before Thanksgiving. The day before Thanksgiving, I still had not heard anything, was in the middle of packing and getting concerned that I would not get my furniture before moving out of state... I called on Wednesday and told him that since the next day would be Thanksgiving, I was assuming he was coming that day. He said he was and came with furniture that he had just finished, which was still wet from the wax that had just been put on. The work was fine but as he and his son took the vanity out of their van, a little piece of wood came off. Drae was emphatic that he was a perfectionist and there was no way he was going to let me have this piece of furniture like that, that he would be back to fix it just after Thanksgiving. I reminded him that I was moving on December 3. He called me on November 29, a week after Thanksgiving, to tell me he was going to come. Again I told him that I was moving the following Monday and that is the last I heard of him. <br /> This was very disappointing because I had read so many good reviews and his work was good but in the middle of a move, I did not need that extra stress... and I have a piece of furniture that is less than perfect when I paid good money to have it fixed. <br /> If people can deal with delays, I would recommend Drae for furniture restoration. <br />

As a senior citizen, my husband and I were looking for a skilled craftsman that could modify our two existing solid wood entertainment cabins to accommodate our two new flat screen tvs. We found him on the internet. His customer reviews were excellent, therefore we contacted him to schedule the work we wanted him to accomplish. He arrived on time, had professional appearance and most importantly listened to what we wanted to have accomplished. We wanted to have the cabinet tops lowered so that the height went from 60 inches to 37 inches, with a shelf included to accommodate our cable box and DVD player. He provided us a cost estimate and an expected time of completion. He took the cabinets with him and finished the work in only a few days, returning them looking more beautiful than before he left. His price was more than reasonable. His workmanship was second to none. We certainly recommend him and will be calling the next time we need a skilled craftsman to accomplish work we need done. We were happy he was able to do what he did so that we were able to keep our existing furniture. His two sons, kenneth and Jermain, also help him out and their professionalism is just same as their father. They even helped us move our televisions into the garage without us even asking.

When securing the appointment, I talked directly to Drae on the first call. We scheduled an appointment, unfortunately he was not able to be there at that time. He called promptly and rescheduled. He was on time for the second appointment, was personable, professional and competent. He removed the chair and returned when promised in great working condition. He made sure I tried it out before he left the house. It was an expensive chair and I thought the price was fair for repair. <br /> It works perfectly and I highly recommend Drae for his fine work plus he is a US Navy Veteran!!!

Called and established a starting price. More work was needed on the chairs when they came to pick up the furniture. Pricing was still reasonable. Surprisingly, they called after only two days to establish a delivery time.

Andrae returned my initial call promptly and came the next day to give an estimate for repairing the bookcase. He returned the next day (Saturday) to do most of the repairs. On the following Tuesday he came to complete the project, but discovered that additional gluing was needed. Because that involved an additional $50 for a project I could complete myself, we chose not to have him do the additional gluing. The only disappointment was that he had stated he would attempt to locate and bring an antique key for the door, but he forgot to do so.

The price seemed a bit high, but a he did a very nice job.

They came when they said they were going to and did exactly what they said they would. They performed great work and charged a fair price. I would definitely use them again.
