Excellent craftsmanship. Very reasonable price. Quote was right on target. New bathroom floor tiling. New extended glass shower enclosure with all new tiling floor to ceiling. New lighting and vanity with sink and custom fixtures.

We are so happy with his work!  The shower is wonderful, tiles look great, and he even put in detail in the shower!  We also chose a hexagon 1 inch tile for the floor and he did a great job lining them up and grouting them evenly.  He was professional, cleaned up every day, listened to what we wanted as well as offering suggestions, and got the job done on-time and on-budget.  We will definitely call Dragan for our next project! <br />

On their first visit out they attempted to replace a part (no charge to me) to get the faucet to stop leaking but the faucet was was just too old and needed replacement.  They advised me on local places to go to find a replacement and I wound up getting a fantastic deal on a new faucet.  They installed it very quickly and threw in a soap dispenser for me.  I would definitely use these folks again.

Dragan came in with the most reasonable bid for a half completed home renovation project. He was punctual, friendly, easy to work with. He was neat and always considerate that I lived at home while it was being remodeled. He had creative, economical  ideas that I happily incorporated into the project. I have since hired him to make repairs around my house , in which he has continued to provide excellent service. He is capable of doing so many different things , always with a strong work ethic, energy and willingness to help in any way he can. My home looks great and I couldn't be happier . A beautiful job...we are very happy. From start to finish, Dragan was honest, dependable and professional. <br /> Our kitchen was the original kitchen that came with the house so it really needed a remodel. We got bids from a couple other licensed contractors and decided to go with Dragan because of his reviews on Angie's, his straighforward, honest personality and his fair pricing. <br /> Dragan was easy to work with and even though we changed our minds midway about the floor plan, he finished the job on time. <br /> He also helped us save money, not only because his bid was fair but because we had thought that we needed to buy all new everything but Dragan advised us about ways we could save.  Plus he didn't add on extra expenses/work during the job and charge more like some contractors do. <br /> The quality of the work is excellent, great attention to detail! Definitely would hire him again. <br /> <br />

the job ran over by 1 week, likely due to additional plumbing work required.   <br /> Bathroom turned out good, all the items were installed very well with no issue, flooring looks very good. <br /> Kitchen did not turn out so well, the floors were uneven and there were gaps between baseboard and the tile.  Dishwasher was not installed property the first time so it leaked. <br /> Overall, it was a mixed bag.  Bathroom is still very good 6 months after the job, the tile in the kitchen is uneven but it could be due to the leveling from the old house, but I wish he could have told me before he layed it.

Dragan was very methodical and thorough in the way he approached the job.  Although the extent of the damage to the house was not clear at first, he quickly determined that the root cause of the water intrusion was the improper attachment of a deck to the frame of the house.  The work was done in stages, as it required removing old siding, inspecting for water damage and replacing damaged plywood and siding.  At each stage Dragan offered possible solutions and provided recommendations as to what would be the most cost-effective solution along with the estimated cost to perform the work.  His determination that the leakage was most likely due to the improper attachment of the deck to the house was consistent with previous assessments provided by other contractors.  He and his crew worked diligently and carefully, re-using as much undamaged siding as possible and replacing what looked like old particle board that had been used with plywood and moisture resistant tar paper.  Dragan safely re-attached the deck to the house according to code to prevent future leakage, after making sure that the deck was securely braced while the work was being performed.  He carefully worked around plumbing (including a sprinkler system) and electrical, and restored everything to its original working condition.  He also did a great job on the tile threshold, making sure that the tile was angled so that any moisture from rain or dew would drain away from the house. <br /> <br /> Overall I was very satisfied with the work.  I felt comfortable that Dragan, while very cost-conscious, was also intent on finding a permanent solution.  His cost estimates were accurate, the quality of his work was professional, and he went out of his way to make sure that I was kept informed of the progress of the job and was satisfied with the end result.

We had a fantastic experience with Dragan.  From the beginning he was fair priced, professional and prompt.  Came over with short notice to inspect our gutted bathroom and had a quote for us on the spot.  He and an assistant completely refinished our bathroom in less than a week and there were no headaches along the way. They were always on time, made good use of their time while in our home and cleaned up each day.  They even continued to work during a rainstorm and managed to not leave a mess. The finished product was a professional & sharp looking tiled bathroom...SO glad we did not attempt to do the work ourselves as the project involved intricate cuts (which they cranked out with a power tile cutter) and tiling /borders pieces up the walls. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to re-do their bathroom!

Things went very quickly, and well. It was not a big job, but it was more than me and my aged back could handle. If he's willing, I would certainly hire him again.

They were great. The owner seemed like a really great guy. When he came in there was a trust factor. They do good quality work. The workers are friendly and the owner is a good trustworthy guy.

From the very beginning, Dragan was honest and straight-forward. He took time with us, discussing our plans and helped us decide how best to create the in-law unit. He gave us an estimate that was lower than other estimates we had received so we believe that his price was more than fair! His work was excellent. He showed up on time and finished the job on time. He is a licensed General Contractor but we had some complex electrical work so he referred us to a good electrician for the complex electrical work and he acted as general contractor with the electrician. He kept things tidy and put away his tools at the end of every day. He was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him.

Dragan was punctual, pleasant and did great work. The deck & fence he built are really nice. He was a pleasure to do business with. I give him a solid "A".

Although he appreared to be slightly sloppy during the execution, the result was actually excellent (he did a better job on the ceiling than another painter on a similar ceiling).

Excellent price and excellent work! Dragan created a new in-law unit from an existing bedroom in my house. Dragan brainstormed with me about creating this new unit. He suggested that I install a separate entrance with French doors and a small kitchen. Dragan created a beautiful kitchen where a hallway had been before. An ordinary bedroom in my house has now been converted into a lovely studio apartment with kitchen and separate entrance and is now rented, providing income to me. He was honest and hardworking and finished the job on time and within the price he estimated. The kitchen was newly created, including cabinets, tile work, marble counter-top, appliances etc.-

Dragan was terrific. He showed up, knew his business, had his tools and set to work. He encountered several challenges along the way (old houses will do that) and he dealt with them easily. The end result is a bookshelf that looks like it has been part of the house forever, and four ceiling fixtures in place perfectly. He was professional, pleasant and easy to have in the house.

Dragan did a great job. We had a tricky shower leak that had persisted for over a year. He tracked it down until he discovered the cause, which was a faulty repair ten years earlier. He was persistent and resourceful. Also was very neat and professional.
