Dragon Ridge Home Inspections

My husband and I were pleased with J T McConnell's work. He provided us with a detailed of areas that needed attention; he took time to answer questions; and left photos, educational materials to reference when needed. I have referred him to another homeowner who is looking to have home inspections done.

Price is not the only factor. JT has a lot of experience, a sharp eye and he helped us spot a number of important issues that needed to be addressed. Without his service, finding some of these things out the hard way would be via a house fire or a personal injury. All that was avoided thanks to JT.

JT did a great job. I found that if you walk around with him he gives you great input on the things that need attention in your home. The inspector was great, he was so thorough- it was so amazing the detail he went into was fantastic! I would not hesitate to use your company or the same guy again. He was very knowledgeable, any questions that I had he answered. He had impeccable timing, we said 9am and he was there on the dot. level of depth in the report and the amount of time spent on the home was justified in my opinion

JT of Dragon Ridge performed a Home Inspection and Radon Testing of a SFH in Fairfax, VA. JT arrived before I did, and was already examining the exterior of the property. While we waiting for my realtor to arrive, he grabbed a ladder and did a complete inspection of the roof (not all inspectors do this). Once we got inside, he explained the processes and we began. I shadowed him throughout the whole processes, and it was a wonderful experience. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, and was always willing to provide complete and educational answers about both the good and the bad he found. We got the report later that evening, and it was well written, with plenty of pictures of any deficiencies. He also performed a Radon test, and reported the results a few days later. I spoke to him over the phone about the findings, and he was able to discuss in detail the methodology he used, and the meanings of the testing numbers. Overall, I would highly recommend JT and Dragon Ridge.
