Drain O Might

I recently bought a 3-year-old previously owned home. One shower and one tub were draining very slowly. After several days of trying to speed things up with drain openers, it became clear that I needed a professional. I unexpectedly got a day off from work and began calling plumbing companies. They were all booked up, but kept referring me to other plumbers (thank you!). Wendell from Drain-O-Might ended up coming out. He cleared both drains quickly at a very fair price. That is awesome enough, but Wendell was a super guy. He talked to me about everything he was doing, taught me a few tricks, and even walked around my unfinished basement and the outside of the house telling me what was done well and things that would eventually need some attention. Taking the extra time to educate your customers is going above and beyond. Hire this guy! He will do the job right at a fair price and treat you well to boot! Thank you, Wendell!

Our plumbing backed up so we called Drain-O-Might of Georgia to check out a sewage back up. Our appointment was scheduled for 10:00am, Wendall arrived very prompt at 9:40am. He checked the the 2 clean out pipes and discovered the back up was between the two.  He used the high pressure jetting equipment to clear the line.  He determined the back up was caused by grease build up.  After clearing the line he checked the water flow and everything was fine.  We would recommend Wendall to anyone with a plumbing problem.  He is very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and reasonably priced.  We are extremely happy! <br />   <br />

Wendell provided a prompt and excellent service. He got my drain completely clear and even added some additional service at no extra cost. Of all the companies I called around Jonesboro/Hampton he was the only one available immediately and he came within an hour!!!!!!!! Most importantly He was the only company that was cost efficient !!!!!!!!!!!!!  <br /> He was accompanied by another gentleman; both were friendly, professional and got the job done effectively. He was also able to let me know what caused the problem, how I needed to remedy it. I was happy and highly satisfied with the service received. <br />

Wendell and  James was exceptional.  I had been having a problem with my plumbing backing up for the last 5 years.  The plumber I was using before would come out to snake the line about once a year every time the problem occurred but that was not solving my problem.  I found Drain-O-Might and they were Punctual, Professional, Polite, Proficient, Thorough, Clean, and very Knowledgeable. They found my problem was being caused by a back flow prevent door.  Once they jetted the line of excess toilet paper near the back-flow door I haven't had a problem.  They also gave me information on preventing future back-ups.
