"This customer employed our services to repair a defective sewer main. We completed the job with no complications within the specified time frame at the contracted price. All work was confirmed by video inspection. All house fixtures were in working order. A few weeks after the job was completed the customer complained that his master bathroom toilet was clogged. We explained that if the work we performed was the cause it would effect all fixtures in the home, not just one toilet. As a courtesy we returned and augered his toilet on two different occasions at no additional charge (a hour and fifteen minute trip)."
