The service was excellent. This was my first time using them. I found them in the phone book. They also came back because I had a kitchen sink put in with a faucet. I had my faucets replaced in my bathrooms as well. They were very reasonable, and right on time. The came in, and did their job. They are very efficient. They have worked for me for 2 separate times.

Very professional and fast. This was a home warranty call. Toilet was leaking and damaging downstairs ceiling. Called home warranty and they picked draingo. They came in and diagnosed it as a damaged wax ring and replaced it. They were in and out within a matter of 30 minutes. I highly recommend based on this experience. <br />

I think they did a good job because they replaced that. It went well, they came and they changed that and replaced that. It seems working well since they did the work. <br /> <br /> We used our insurance policy. I don?t remember them being late, they were on time. They were very professional.

It was a good experience. The guys that came out were really nice. They had to come out twice and they were really good about rescheduling quickly. They were really good and I would use them again.

Great! They came right out and installed 3 bathroom faucets and my tub hardware in my hall bathroom tub/shower. They had everything installed and even cleaned up after themselves!

They came and started cutting my ceiling with a knife in 4 different places assuming there would be a water leak in the ceiling which they did not find. Initially they said they would charge me for coming out but once I said I was an Angies List member they agreed to not charge me. They left the wholes in the ceiling and were unable to locate the leak.

"[Member name removed] called Draingo about a leak. We checked several spots that were around plumbing fixtures and found it to be a roof leak. We spent about an hour at the home. We do not charge customers anything for just coming out, but we do if we do any work. We have made the decision not to charge a service call or diagnosis fee to Angie's List customers if we are not doing any repairs, even after diagnosis has been made, for example in the diagnosis of a roof leak."

They showed up exactly when they said they would and took care of the problem. All I had to pay was my $50.00 deductible through my homeowners warranty. <br />

They (Jeff and Joe) arrived early in the day, earlier than I had hoped for. And attempted to unclog the drain from within the wash room. That did not work. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />He informed he could attempt to unclog the drain from the vent stack to the washer but that the agreement with AHS would not cover that cost. He told me it would ne and additional $225.00, but that if he was unable to unclog the drain it would not cost me anything. I agreed to that. They worked around three hours and were eventually successful in unclogging the drain, very happy with the results, worth the cost. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The workers were respectful, on-time, professional and did a great job. I will definitely use Drain Go Pluming again. <br />

It went great, they couldn't have been nicer, they actually got under the house to make sure we didn't have any additional plumbing issues, and gave detailed estimate for what needed to be done. He said to give a call when ready to be fixed, he was priced reasonably.
