Stop searching and hire The Tim’s. 100/5 stars. If you need someone who is honest, does great work, is extremely knowledgeable, goes above and beyond AND has fair pricing, you found them. We are SO lucky we found them. Our situation sucked but it could have been way worse (and frankly, 5x the cost). They communicated at every stage of the project, explained what was going on and what to expect and prepare for. They worked in single digit weather, early mornings/weekend/late nights, did everything possible to limit the cost, and really went the extra mile to complete the job although they had to move their schedule around. We had a leak in a pipe in the yard. It became urgent when we started to get water in the basement. They moved their schedule around, got the permits, rented the equipment, etc in the matter of about a day. Most people would have told us “oh well you’ll have to wait”, but the Tims CARE and that’s the difference.

The pro called me and notified that he would come before the scheduled time. He was respectful, covered his shoes with booties, and listened to the problem before he replaced the flush valve kit in the toilet. It was very promptly done. Happy with the service.

Drainmaster repaired a cracked flange on a toilet that needed to be reset, did the reset, and replaced a section of copper piping that had a joint that was starting to fail. They showed up on time and finished in about an hour. They did a great job!

They did a great job. Got us temporarily working. Then had to dig up the house sewer line in the street to repair correctly. We only lost use of the sewer line for about 2 hours. Showed us and explained everything that was needed.

TIM and his team did an amazing job on my sewer. I had tons of tree roots and they dug up my sewer on the outside. Put a clean out in and cleaned my sewer. They were awesome.

Drainmaster did a great job replacing our 50 gallon hot water heater. It was a moderately difficult installation due to location and space. They were professional and the work area was left clean. Their price was extremely fair and they were a pleasure to work with!
