Drain & Plumbing Services sent someone to fix clogged kitchen drain. The job was done OK. The floor was not cleaned carefully and it smelled really bad. And for one-hour job, they charged $250 labor, well over $150 price level by other plumbers we used before.

This contractor (DPS) was sent out last year through American Home Shield (AHS) to fix my leaky shower. They weren't able to. I fixed it myself and I'm not a plumber or a tradesman. Then AHS sent them out earlier this year to look at my water heater. They said it needed replacement. This is covered under my AHS warranty for a $75 deductible. When they installed the water heater they told my wife it was a complicated installation and that she had to pay them $500, which unfortunately she did. The installation took 55 minutes. I could have done it myself. It was clearly not a "complicated installation". The owner of DPS told me that AHS doesn't pay them what its worth to do the job. This, as I explained to him, was not my problem Complaints to AHS and DPS went unheeded. This company not only couldn't fix a simple shower leak, but in my opinion is very dishonest.

The plumber did an excellent job. It took longer than expected since they did not patch and run but fixed the problem! I am very happy with the outcome and experience.

I called D & P, and Mike promised to stop by the same day, even with having a busy schedule. The new sump pump was installed in less than 2 hours very clean and professional. The price offered for the materials and labor was very good.

I read the reviews on Drain and Plumbing Services and decided to give them a call. Late on a Sunday afternoon, they scheduled a plumber to come out to my house. He was able to retrieve the snake without breakage, then proceeded to complete clearing my clogged drain. Florian was exceptional, professional and I highly recommend him. Anna who answered the phone was also polite and responded to my need to fix the situation quickly. She called and emailed after the job to make sure I was happy with my services. Service like this needs to be highlighted, and that is why I wrote this review. Highly recommend!

<p>At 5 pm on Saturday I noticed some standing water in my basement.  Having used Drain and Plumbing Services in the past I quickly called to see if a plumber was available.  They were able to have a plumber at my house in an hour, who was able to diagnose the issue, educate me on the cause and make a recommendation.  Based on their recommendation and my own research they were able to arrange a plumber and all the necessary equipment at my house by Monday morning.  They worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, walked me through the work that was performed and then I received a follow-up call afterward to ensure the service met my expectations.  I've referred this company to my mom and another family member and would use them again for any of my plumbing issues.</p>

Drain & Plumbing was terrific to work with. They were prompt in responding and scheduling appointments, thorough in their assessment and scope of work, fair in their pricing, and - most importantly - the work was done perfectly! We have struggled with plumbing companies in the past and are so happy to have finally found a reliable, trustworthy company that exceeded our expectation. They will be our first call for any future issues at our property!

I went to use my bathroom downstairs. After flushing, I saw that there was a back up developing in the bathtub. Additional flushing seemed to make the problem worse. I called Drain and Plumbing Services and had a plumber at my house two hours later fixing the problem. Turns out, I had a clog in the main line. The plumber removed the toilet and rodded the main line. Afterwards, he affixed the toilet back and cleaned up all of the mess. I was grateful for such wonderful service as I have a six year old child and did not have time to disinfect the entire bathroom. Very happy customer - Thanks DPS!

My kitchen sink got clogged the night before Thanksgiving. I was prepping for the holiday dinner and dicing and clogged the line.  I panicked because I had people coming over the next day and dinner was still not prepared. I needed a fully functioning kitchen!  <br /> Several phone calls later, I was given the number for Drain & Plumbing Services. I wasn't sure anyone would pickup that late in the evening, but a lady answered the phone and advised that she would send me a plumber the next morning.   <br /> Next morning, Mike was at my house at 9am. He rodded the kitchen sink and cleared the clog. He was very polite and I could tell he knew what he was doing. He cleaned up after himself and told me his work was guaranteed for 3 months!! <br /> The best surprise came after he gave me an invoice. I was certain I would end up spending an arm and a leg on the plumbing bill. Yet, it was very reasonable! After all, this was Thanksgiving. <br /> I would highly recommend this company to everyone.
