I don't know which part needs to be repaired. So I bought both toilet water tanks. They came and replaced it but they close the door, I guess they don't want me to see how they repair it. It stopped the leak, but the other part started leaking again after 1 year. But the price is good.

The job went well, my street was new so it wasn't on GPS. The plumber called and I directed him to my house, he did the work very professionally and I would say if I refer them to neighbors that need a plumber.

Not only were the leaks addressed, Drain Surgeon also wrote a memo to me as to what was found. The tenant had turned the hot water heater up to maximum. This resulted in deterioration of the washers and hoses causing the leaks. They even included a photo of the temperature mechanism set where it was when they arrived and as it was re-set once the repairs were done. I used their memo to discuss sharing the cost of the repairs with the tenant. I also use this same company for work at my own home. I am a very happy customer on both fronts. Thank you.

My dishwasher was not draining properly, so I purchased a new one. I later learned the problem was the garbage disposal that drain surgeon installed incorrectly which affected the drainage of the dishwasher. The unnecessary expense of the dishwasher was $500. Other than that, I had no problems with the service.

I love Drain Surgeon. I had the shut off valve and pipe for irrigation system moved as well as pipes cut down in my yard. I am very happy with the work. I already got a quote for more work that I need done. Jermain was nice and professional and showed up on time. He answered all my questions.

We live in a C minus world where mediocrity is the norm. Drain Surgeon Plumbing and Heating is that rare company that is exceedingly excellent. I needed a bathroom faucet replaced and a toilet snaked. My online request for service was answered expeditiously and professionally. The two men who handled the repairs were courteous, extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered my and my wife's questions. I have sent texts to friends and relatives to call Drain Surgeon Plumbing and Heating first whenever the need arises.

Very pleased - arrived on time - quoted the above job - had to replaced faucet and 30 year + old sump pump, main shutoff - cleared drain for sink/disposal and fixed dish washer drain pipe etc. Jermaine had to get WSSC to come out and repair outside water feed, otherwise he would have completed in a few hours (had to wait for WSSC). Again very pleased and would highly recommend! Drain Surgeon Plumbing & Heating and Jermaine are on my speed dial for future plumbing needs.

The cause of the problem part was replaced and the system work perfect. This company and their technicians are outstanding and I HIGHLY recommend.
