Scott did a really great job (all by himself). He had a big task of cleaning my entire apartment's dirty carpet. It had been a long time between services, and the before and after pictures were quite dramatic. The carpets were definitely a lot cleaner. Scott was very kind and held true to his original quote despite my carpets needing extra attention and time.

Scott was professional and very courteous. When a small conflict occurred with the timing, he called me prior to engagement to adjust arrival schedule. He was true to his word on the price and I was satisfied with the results. If you want someone who knows a LOT about cleaning rugs with a lot of experience who is honest, hire Scott.

Scott was very personable and worked out a good schedule for the cleanings, as I was expecting guests. The price was fair, although he said it was the "old" price, so not sure if it will be much higher next time, we'll see. I would not want it to be more expensive. Did a great job - my wool rugs got a new lease on life. I will have him come back for my whits couch when my guests leave!

Ricardo and his team did an outstanding installation job and completed it in one day. We were impressed with the attention to detail on the molding trim because our place has so many odd angled walls and nooks and crannies. Kudos to Sue Drake for steering us to Sound-Tec vinyl flooring you'd swear was wide plank driftwood. It feels comfy underfoot. Highly recommend Drake!

These guys did a reallly good job on my rugs. One was a natural lambswool fiber white rug that was badly soiled with daily heavy foot traffic and it came up great. They had someone go on vacation so my rugs took longer than they said, but aart from that, they were great. I would use them again for sure. <br />

<p>Scott at Drakes Carpet Cleaning is very professional and knowledgeable about his business. He is also very generous with his time, answering questions, providing helpful information, and explaining the process. I was very pleased that Scott agreed to clean our rugs for a competitive price despite the fact that it was a small job. He made us feel as though we were valued customers. </p> <p>Our rugs looked great when he returned them in a week's time. One rug had a mysterious stain and Scott was upfront that it might be hard to remove. It couldn't be removed entirely but was much improved.</p> <p>I had questions about rug pads and Scott brought samples for me to look at and explained their properties. He even gave me a small one that was cut from surplus padding. Kind of him.</p> <p>I'll be calling Scott when the time comes for us to have our large rug cleaned. Drakes is now our #1 choice in rug cleaning. We have confidence in the quality of the work and feel we will be charged a fair price. It's so refreshing to have a service provider you feel you can count on.</p> <br />

<p>I called Drakes for an estimate on two small wool area rugs. Scott gave me an estimate that was very competitive and he was most gracious in spite of the small size of the job. As it turned out we decided to have a few more small area rugs cleaned at the same time. Scott is very knowledgeable and most willing to explain the process and answer questions.</p> <p>He picked up, cleaned and delivered the rugs promptly. The rugs looked great. There was a stubborn stain that couldn't be removed but was greatly improved. </p> <p>Scott also provided information about rug pads, provided me with swatches and even gave me a leftover piece of padding. He is patient and generous with his time in spite of a very busy schedule. We are delighted to have a carpet cleaning professional we know we can count on for all future jobs.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />

We have 2 dogs and numerous grandchildren in and out. I've been using Drake's since May of 2011. With all the wear and tear and at this price, we have them out twice a year. These people are terrific and do a great job. They take the area rugs out and clean them at their facility. The rugs come back looking brand new. Too bad they don't stay that way. lol They make my very old sofa look good too. We highly recommend them. <br />

The gentleman was punctual and professional. He was there when he said he would be there. However, they were a little expensive and even tried to upsell us. He came, did a real fast job and he was gone. I wasn't completely happy of what he did. I would not recommend them.
