He was only professional on the surface, then something flipped and he got aggressive and threatening. I felt very unsafe.

This company was recommended by a friend and it was a good recommendation. The prices were really outstanding; they are a small outfit so they don't have all the high tech equipment that bigger companies do but, oddly enough, they were able to root out the stump and the roots on our property which is kind of hard to get machinery around on. They did a much better job than other companies we got estimates from who said that they would not be able to do because of the accessibility factor. This company went down about a foot in digging out the roots of the stump and one other company said they were not able to do that; they would have just been able to skim off the top; so the Castro company even though it is a small outfit with limited equipment did a better job than the other company promised at way less price.
