We have been in business for over 25 years and we service the entire state of Alabama and have done thousands of bath rooms for very satisfied customers. All of our employees are trained and skilled in this area and service we provide. We use no sub-contractor labor because we specialize in what we do. On all of our jobs we provide at no cost a Free High Rise Toilet to all our customers for safety and comfort. We also recognize Seniors with a 10% discount on all jobs. Financing options are available we offer 12 months NO Interest and NO down Payment with NO early payoff penalty and we also take cash 1/2 Down at time of contract and the back 1/2 once the job is complete. They did a beautiful job, although they made a mistake and never came back out to fix it. Communication was also challenging, and at times unprofessional.

There were some unforeseen delays due to contractors family death & a hospitalization but the workers knew how to do anything that was needed. I was very pleased with the workmanship & overall job.

It went very well the crew was very professional and they really done a great job. The acrylic looks beautiful. The whole job from start to finish went very well very through and the price was affordable compared to others . I would recommend these guys to anybody . Charlie had no pressure to sell at all he help me decide what would work and I am very satisfied. Very relaxed and enjoyable!!

It should be Nightmare Bath of Alabama. First of all he isn't licensed and didn't have a permit upon starting the job. We paid him $21,700 in March, bathroom demolition in May, the work is still incomplete now in July. He only gave me $2,400 to purchase the fixtures for the bathroom out of the amount which is no where near enough to cover all of the fixtures. The vanity alone would have been $2,500 and that's just a standard one. The house is a mess, Charlie's communication is terrible. They have damaged our home, they have killed the lawn. He is so incompetent, has no clue about his own business. I don't even understand where all of his positive reviews have come from on Angie's List. I should have known better not to give him my money up front. All it has allowed us to do was put us on the back burner and then left. It's fraud. He even went so far as to bad mouth us to other companies. He has made up lies, he has threatened to physically harm me and others in my home. I have been overly patient and tolerant to everything that's happened. It's been completely ridiculous.

I have decided that it is always better to take the high road which I have always done being in business as long as we have. In all the years I have been in business I have never dealt with a person just like this customer ever. Some one that actually made it impossible for me and my crew to work with and to the point my guys would not work at his home. With that said I suggest that if you are looking at Dream Baths of Alabama to do your project I want you to know that we care deeply for our customers. We would not have received the Angie's List customer service award 2 years in a row 2014 & 2015 in bathroom remodeling if we didnot care. I run my business with sound Ethics, Integrity , Honesty and Trust to all. I will not employee workers any other way and I will not operate any other way. There are folks that you run into that for whatever reason want to destroy what has taken 1/2 a lifetime to build and it seems that there are more today than in the past. The project went very well and was completed in a timely manner. The crew were efficient, through, and quite a joy to be around. The posses a great sense of humor, sharing family stories, work stories while sawing, hammering and staying focus on their work. When I had questions about the pluming, they were quick to show me and explain to me what a "P" trap was and how it worked <br>The workers laid the tile out in the design I suggested to let me see what it would look like before the final process. <br>The crew of Dream Bath's of Alabama were sincere I their works and my wife is very pleased with the results. They even explained the warranty, and warranty process o the plumming, bath fixtures and they backed up their works. GREAT! <br> <br> <br>

They placed cloths throughout the house each day they worked to protect our floors. They removed and replaced everything in our bathroom with expertise. This includes our bathroom floor, vanity/sink, removing tub and installing a complete show with glass doors. They also painted and installed a light/fan combo above our shower. We love everything!

Great. I had this work done just over a year ago (should have submitted review sooner). <br /> Estimate. Charlie examined bathroom, had plenty of samples of options to review, and provided firm fixed quote. There were some material issues that I'll note below. At no time did the final cost change. <br /> Timeline. Installation began about a month or so after I accepted the quote and paid half down for material. I think Charile was ready in about 2 weeks, but I had business travel. Working together to find a common acceptable period for installation was easy. <br /> Installation. The first day Charlie showed up with a crew of 4 to take care of the electrical work (did have another ceiling fan installed) and demolition. Following that, there were 2 full time workers on site. They worked long hours, well over 8 hour days. Normall, the job would have taken about a week. I'll give more detail on the one issue below that drew the task out longer. The guys were good about taking care not to impact the rest of the house (carpet, etc.). After install, they did a good job cleaning up. <br /> During the install, there were a few minor options ... how to frame the door, orientation of tile, the color of the tile, etc. The crew provided options and good advice (I'm no kind of interior decorator). The part of the service was excellent. <br /> Quality. I have done basic carpentry and electrical work. I believe the quality of the work to be good to excellent, both what you see and what was done "behind the dry wall." The work that you can see is excellent. <br /> Material. I was a little worried about the material used for the walls as opposed to tile. I'm pleased to say I'm more than happy with the "acrylic" (I think that's correct) walls as well as base and door. <br /> Only issue. The base received was not the correct one. The second base received had a quality issue. They guys pointed this out to me. I'm sure it cost them money out of their pocket / profit to spend the extra time on site. My take away from this was the guys were MY quality advocates and did what was necessary to ensure the highest quality product was used and the job was done right the first time! Things happen. The question is how well does your contractor support you. While I wasn't crazy about the delay (about 3 days, not major for me). I was thrilled the issue was immediately brought to my attention and resolved even though it took extra effort on their part. <br /> Overall job outcome. I feel what was quoted was provided. Very satisfied. <br /> 1 year review ... I remain satisfied. I have had zero issues. Other than the glass doors (which are famous for requiring cleaning when used for bath doors - this was noted before installation). Is the biggest maintenance job. Caring for the bath itself has required average to minimal effort. <br /> Give Dream Bath / Charlie a call before you have your bathroom remodeled! <br />

The initial contact was quick. Charlie came and provided an estimate which was fair and reasonable. We did have several delays in getting on their schedule to start which was a bit frustrating. They had legitimate delays with illness and a crew in a traffic accident. The delay was about three months to get started. However, once work began, everything went very well. We were impressed with the crew. Josh and Charlie were very professional and cleaned up well at the end of each day. The results are fantastic. And worth the wait. We plan to use them again.

I never said I would get him a DRAWING of the Bathroom because I dont do that. Second [Member Information Removed] was not 100% sure what he was going to do and what he wanted us to to. I have ask several times for you to have him call me and he has not done that so I could get a clear understanding of what he is going to do and what our part would be. Charlie quickly contacted us after our online purchase and set up a date to meet at our house. He was right on time and had plenty of literature and material samples available for ideas and discussion. We went to our Master Bathroom and discussed ways to update it since no significant changes had been made since the house was built in 1990. The consultation helped us start off this project right, because, while we knew the bathroom needed renovation, we did not have the experience to see what types of changes or updates were doable and/or cost-effective. <br /> Overall, the consultation was great value for the money and Charlie did a thorough job, showing alternatives to improve all areas of the bathroom. It broadened our understanding of the options available for this renovation, preparing us to properly evaluate the multiple proposals/quotes we requested for the project. <br />

Not well. I ordered a Bathroom Design Consultation and expected to have a bathroom designer listen and understand my needs. I was told that I would get a quote upcoming remodel as a result of the consultation. <br /> What I received was the owner of the company explaining what his company does, the products they used (any mention of other products was met with an immediate explanation of why they were inferior) and where the products would be located. <br /> I never received the quote, what I received was an email stating that he did not believe that I wanted to do the remodel because the cost would be more than I was willing to pay since I was not willing to do the job right. This is totally false. I am willing to pay what it takes to do the job right. I am unwilling to have someone that I have spent 2 hours make my decisions for me and be forced into using a set of products that I have not done my research on. <br /> Would have like to have know upfront that this was nothing more that a required discussion to determine the specifics of the job such as collecting measures, determining colors so that products could be order and other details that is is necessary, prior to developing a contract for work. <br /> Biggest issue is that, this process was about Dream Baths of Alabama getting another bathroom remodeling job, the fact that I must live with this bathroom was irrelevant. <br /> <br /> <br />
