I am writing to formally complain about the lack of professional vetting regarding a contractor referred through your platform, Dream Flooring Inc. (also operating as Dr3am Remodeling LLC). In October 2024, I hired this contractor for a project in a guest bedroom at my property. While the project was initially intended as a flooring replacement, the work actually performed was heavily structural in nature. According to Estimate #169, the scope of work included: Foundation Leveling: Use of floor jacks to raise floors and level the foundation. Structural Support: Drywall removal to brace walls for floor jacking, and installation of plywood and joists. Crawl Space Remediation: Specific crawl space repairs and the installation of a water barrier. Performing structural foundation repairs, joist replacement, and floor jacking in the State of Tennessee requires specific contractor licensing and professional oversight. However, a review of state records confirms that neither Dream Flooring Inc. nor Dr3am Remodeling LLC holds an active state contractor's license. Angi s value to homeowners is built on the promise of "screening and vetting" professionals. Allowing an unlicensed entity to bid on and perform foundation-level structural work is a profound failure of that screening process. This oversight has resulted in non-compliant, unsafe workmanship that now requires a forensic structural investigation and significantly more expensive remediation. I request an immediate investigation into how an unlicensed company was permitted to offer structural services on your platform. I also expect a detailed plan on how Angi intends to rectify the financial and safety risks introduced by this referral.

We had our entire house remodeled by Dream Flooring. I met with nearly a dozen contractors and companies looking for the best fit for our needs and budget. Jose and Dream Flooring exceeded expectations and went above and beyond what any other company could offer, let alone within our budget. We had an extension added, vaulted our ceilings, bathroom remodel, kitchen reconfiguration and expansion, living room upgrade, entire siding and gutters redone. THEY DO IT ALL! We could not be happier with our house, which now feels like a home thanks to their team. Professionalism throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

Hired Dream Flooring for a bathroom, then again for another bathroom, the kitchen and some additional work. Very pleased with the outcomes and level of finish each time—I’m picky too! The entire crew who completed the work was friendly, respectful and professional. I have received many compliments on how good everything looks!

Project went great. Was well organized, tidy worksite, on schedule and on budget. Contractor started when he promised and delivered by the deadline. Craftsmanship was impeccable. I would hire again and would recommend to family and friends.

We wanted to get wood floors installed on our second floor to match the downstairs. We found Jose and he came out and got us an official estimate. Jose and his crew were great! He followed up to make sure we were happy with everything. Would definitely recommend using these guys!
