Dreamland Restoration

Terrible company. Paid in full and someone I thought worked for them put a lien on my home. They are scammers!! I don't even know the company putting a lien on my home. I guess they sub it out...but did not inform me!

They have only completed a very small portionbof the work. They were supposed to start on May 6. Then May 16. They strated on May 19. There are problems with the little work that has been done. They have only dne one full day of work. Theres is no supervisor on the job. The last day that the workers came, they kept taking breaks and going to their truck. Ive been trying to contact the owner by email and phone, but I havent gotten a response. They left debris on my patio for weeks. The original salesmen is no longer with the company. I tok off work so i can be here during construction. Theres no way that they are going to meet the devadline. They tried to install new flooring over a dirty floor. I had. To loan them a shop vac and broom. The did,nt smooth the floor leveler. They have collected a lot of money, but they have not spent it on the materials and supplies for my home. They tried to put the floor down without a moisture barrier. The workers are unreliable. My home will not be completed in a timely manner. They have had plenty of time and money and they have not done anything.

Communication was poor at best. Craftsmanship was poor at best. Schedule was 4 weeks behind. Professionalism was non-existent. When trying to resolve the on-going issues I was often left in the dark. My point of contact Zach was constantly ignoring or lying regarding schedule, cost, and quality. The photos attached are how this company left my Kitchen.

The Sales Rep has awful communication. He will tell you he will call you back with important information and do not. The workers show up not every day. But they do good work when” They “do show up. The date the sale rep gave us for a completion was not a completed date. This has not been a good experience with this company. Lack of communication after the contract is signed and half money is given. They give you the run around. My kitchen was started in March still not completed, as of now have not been given a completion date.

Let me start by saying the installer, Andrew, was great, and did a great job. However; the company overall sucks. From the girl Holly who answers the phone, up to the owner. A job that was promised to be completed in a day and a half took four days due to bad management, no supplies, and bad communication. We signed the agreement on March 7, 2023, the supplies were paid for on the same day, yet they didn't have them when the job was to start. The installer had to go several times to get materials that should have been included in the $3900.00 materials fee that was paid upfront. I have never had a job done where I had to pay anything until I was satisfied with it. The owner constantly hounded the installer to have us approve the final payment before the job was completed, if the guy is that hard up he needs to get out of the business. Didn't have the courtesy to call me directly. Although I am satisfied with the job, I am NOT ever using this company again.

We hired Dreamland Restoration to do some work in our home. We keep getting the run around about when they will do the work. Sales Rep should have been honest with us from beginning, as to when they would actually be able to start the work. He keeps giving us different dates, we are at home waiting an they dont show up. Iam very dissppointed with the service so far. We were hoping the work would have been finished by now. They should make sure they have enough workers to do the work, before taking on more customers.

Communication was not so good, but the workers got the job done.

I have to say they have been the best of all i have ever done business with. The did everything they said they would. Honest hard working group of men. I highly recommend them and I dont say that unless I mean it.

Earlier this year I had my shower replaced by DR. They did a fantastic job. This week they replaced the floors in both my bathrooms, again, fantastic. I highly recommend Dreamland Restoration.

At a glance the consultant was well knowledgeable, polite, and able to assist us with all of our needs and questions. When it can to installing, our installer was on time, and courteous, his attention detail was amazing. By far the best company we have ever used.
