Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
We hired Dream Remodeling to install a vinyl fence, and our project manager Liron made the whole experience great. He was super attentive, checked in regularly, and made sure everything around the house was handled right. The fence turned out fantastic and the whole team was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Dream Remodeling (ask for Liron!)

Neighbor complained to city inspector after we removed fence vegetation from our property. She was told not her concern. As a revengeful tactic, she said "I believe you should look at their garage". My wife, in good faith, several years earlier (prior to our marriage) had remodeled the garage w/o a permit. Work was done to code...So it goes. We got several bids from contractors to rebuild the garage and settled with Dream Remodeling. After signing the contract, it started to go south. Contractor/owner Val, only showed up to start the crew the first day and to get payments. I had asked a crew member a question regarding electrical outlet location. Was told Val would have to OK that. Asked if he could call Val, because Val wasn't answering my call. He said he could not get ahold of him either!! Crew asked us several times where he was! Another time a stucco finisher asked how to get ahold of Val because he hadn't been paid!! Dream Remodeling owner Val used religious holidays, family sicknesses as reason not to be on site to supervise. Final straw that broke any respect that we might have had was over a signature. Val Azura, Dream Remodeling owner forged my wife's signature on architect's plan document. When we saw this document, after work was completed and with Val Azura in our presence, he quickly and quietly decided to leave our home. Would not/did not rehire Dream Remodeling to do any further work. Good Riddance!
Val at Dream Remodeling was very professional. There bid for the overall jobs were lower than the competition. There were no change orders. Crew and staff worked until the job was completed. Excellent work.

Got a quote but they found termite damage to our roof joists where the facia boards attached. They came up with a solution that allowed the job to go forward and recommended a very good exterminator. Extremely friendly people and they do exactly what they say they will. Good at end of job clean up and giving you a thorough walk through inspection.

We initially wanted to do the floor. He was very, very honest. He asked us not to reglaze our tub until we did the floor. It became a big project. We wanted to get rid of the bathtub totally and put in a nice new shower, new flooring, new toilets and so forth. He did the entire bathroom. He installed beautiful Durango tiles. We had gotten bids from two other people too, but he seemed to be the best. He had done a kitchen for my niece and they were quite satisfied with him. He could’ve said that he could come over and reglaze our tub and then do the flooring. But he told us just the opposite. He lost the reglazing job because we realized that we didn’t use the tub anyway. We were leaving on a trip and wanted the job done before that. I think we had rushed through the job as a result. He hadn’t provided the tiles and we had to buy it ourselves. I thought I had made a mistake with the vanity. I didn’t like the way the drawers were arranged. We have to bend a lot to reach the drawers which is not very convenient as we are quite elderly. He was always available and did the job as he had promised. The wood looked a little cheap to me. I started looking at samples of different kinds of wood. He is not at all a pushy contractor. He said he could build me a vanity that would suit my needs. The shower is really lovely and the tiles are very natural looking. We were quite pleased with that. He had given us a list of the work that he would perform. A lot of the decisions were left to us. They were hard workers. They usually came promptly at 8:00 and sometimes did not leave until 6:00. They tried to keep the place as clean as possible and had used tarps. They painted the closets that were part of the bathrooms. I was going to leave the natural color and he said I would not be happy with that. He is a nice young man who tries very hard.

Everything went great. They showed up when they said they were going to show up and worked when they said they were going to work. They got everything done in the amount of time that they said they would, and they cleaned up very well after themselves, and thats vitally important to me. Overall I was very pleased with the work that they did, and I would consider using them again in the future if I needed them.
