Floor was done very well. Drywall not so much, can clearly see the seams, poor job painting. In addition, was left with a leaking drain line from the sink from a drywall nail. I gave several opportunities to fix. Was told a few times that someone would be back out, Cody, then Justin told me one time he would be out in a few hours, never called, never gave reason why he did not come out. Hiring another contractor to fix and do the job correctly. I contacted the insurer on the Certificate of Insurance that was provided and was told the policy cancelled back in December 2019.

My experience with Dreams to Reality was excellent. We had our basement framed by them. They showed up on time when they said they would and worked fast but precise. Even stopped to talk over things that I had not thought about during the estimate. If they had not brought some of them to my attention we would be wondering what to do next. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future!!
