Karen and Brian were absolutely amazing! They helped design and build our new deck which looks beautiful. They were very easy to talk to and flexible with our wants. We also appreciated their transparency and fair pricing. The quality of the deck is outstanding as well.

Our deck is a piece of crap from them. Other contractors laugh at our deck because of the cheap a** material used and the half a** way it was built.

Karen, Brian and co were great. They came when expected and stuck to the budget even though a few things took longer than they thought (not their fault). Brian was very receptive to feedback when I wanted to change one thing. I love our new deck!

Brian and Karen were awesome to work with. The quote was clear and very affordable, considering the high grade materials used for the project. Brian did an amazing job, and although there were some surprises in how dilapidated my porch was, he did not take any shortcuts and made sure everything was done correctly. I'm so happy with the work he's done, that I'm already looking into the next project he'll be doing for me. I highly recommend Dream Work! Great, quality work without the insane cost some other places are charging.

Old deck ripped out and a new Trex deck put in. Excellent workmanship, very professional, and completed the job quickly! Would highly recommend. They did such a great job, we hired them again to replace some porch railings!

If I could give 6 stars, I would, am highly pleased. While building my new front porch and house-length front deck they went above and beyond. Not only does the composite look beautiful, but they took extra time and effort making the new stairs safe for me. Due to a health issue my feet don't always go in the direction I want them to. I mentioned falling and breaking ribs on my old steps/porch. Without me even asking, Brian ordered and installed extra sturdy hand rails to prevent future falls. He also customized to our needs for having steps go in two different direction, one from front door to the deck, one from front door to driveway level. Another contractor we called for an estimate could not figure that out. Dream Work Designs had no problem, and also was the least expensive. Affordable quality work, attention to details, and his wife/bookkeeper, Karen, makes payments easy, right over the phone. They came out Sunday and transplanted a tree. Next is replacing window screens.

This was my second time using dream work designs. The first time they redid our old wood deck and we did trex . This time we did a six foot extension out for our new hot tub. Brian and Karen are phenomenal to work with. I highly recommend them. Worth every penny!!

From the very beginning Brian and Karen met our expectations and then some. Work was done in a timely fashion, with no surprises other than "above and beyond" attention to detail and extra measures taken to shore up the existing deck and walkway. The price was the price no matter what they encountered. They even corrected a hazardous step down and made it safer and much more attractive.

From the time Karen and Brian priced the project until it was completed (which all took place during the month of October 2022), we have been pleased with every aspect. The price was more than reasonable (we obtained a second quote), Brian and his crew showed up every day even through some cold wind and rain; Brian went the extra 100 miles to shore up the boards underneath both the deck and walkway, he connected the deck and walkway to the house (there used to be a gap), and even made a couple walkway steps less hazardous and more attractive. Once the price was quoted, it never changed even though more had to be done to make the finished product level, safe, reinforced and attractive!

Dream Work Designs renovated my 30' x 16' deck. I had them rip everything out except the structure and replace it. As it turns out, they even ended up doing some structural work for me--sistering floor joists, squaring an end joist, and improving on the original stairs. These were not things I originally requested or was aware of, so it was refreshing that they were transparent about the structural deficiencies. While it took much longer than originally quoted (granted--they were dodging snowstorms), the end result was very good and Brian and Karen did a great job of staying in touch throughout the process. I would highly recommend Dream Work Designs for your next deck project. They're a great small company that deserves your business.

Brian and crew did an amazing job. They built us a large reinforced deck to hold our new hot tub. They were professional courteous and very neat. They did all of this while working thru some of the most God awful hot and humid weather to meet a deadline for our hot tub delivery. Very accommodating. We are very happy with the deck and would definely hire them again and would recommend them.

Karen and Brian were great to work with. The project took a little longer than expected due to all the rain. But, Thats mother nature and it couldn't be helped. We absolutely love our new deck. It's beautiful. If you like to support local family business. You should hire them. The price was very reasonable too. They are really great down to earth people
