Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System Installation
Drew Harps installed our sprinkler system in July 2025. First, they cut our internet cable and didn?t tell us. We found out when we lost internet. This could be an accident but the customer service was awful. The personnel was rude at best and told us we were on our own to handle that. A week later, 2 of the zones stopped working and they came back with a lot of attitude and fixed the connection that was not done right from the very beginning. Our sprinklers did work for 2 months last tear and we have the same issue with a zone not working this year. We have to get a real company with good workmanship and customer service to fix our sprinklers now. Do not hire this company!!

Drew-harps was fantastic. Coordinated perfect with my sod installation. Quote was perfectly reasonable and prompt. They Walked me through the process of the installation as well as set up sprinkler timer. Joseph Set me up with the timer app and guided me through every step for set up and answered any questions I had through the process. I would 100% recommend Drew-Harps for all your lawn needs.

Sprinkler System for Lawn and Garden Winterize or Activate
Had a sprinkler system installed for my yard in the summer. Have sent multiple messages and emails with no response for the error I am seeing on the app for the system!

"You reached out for issued, and we sent someone out and took care of them. You then reached out ONCE about an error reading. I reached out and left you a voicemail that the zones are working and running, it?s a false reading. Heard nothing back from you."

They did the work, but then didn't come back to fix a problem (they wired a zone incorrectly). I texted multiple times, but no response. Don't use them.

"When we did the install last July, ever zone was turned through the clock and shown that they were working. You NEVER texted the office about a zone not working last year. If you texted the OLD number this year, their were MULTIPLE emails sent out since February not to text that number, only to call It. We had a new text number. Also you didn’t winterize with us, so whoever winterized your system, could have disconnected a wire."

I hired Joe Willsey, owner of Drew-Harps Sprinkler Service, based on Anji's recommendation, to repair the wiring to our system, which was damaged by a trencher used by an electrician who was on my property to install an electric gate. Joe Willsey repaired my sprinkler system. This entailed three visits. The first two visits were less than an hour, resulting in the provider's advice as to what i needed to do for his next visit. The third visit included him and his three helpers, who were here for a total of two and one half hours. I spent over $100.00 on wiring, wire nuts, and access boxes for which Joe charged me on his abbreviated invoice. Additionally, i spent many hours repairing the wiring Joe advised me to do in order to save money. Importantly, it took many phone calls and over a month in between visits to have this project completed

I am so grateful to Joey and his crew. They were hard-working and respectful. Joey came out initially to inspect and over a quote that was fair. He returned the next week with a crew and they replaced all the sprinkler heads (most were broken and leaking badly, making my pump work harder). He also explained that my valves needed to be replaced and promised to be back the following week. As he replaced the valves, one of his crew also added drip irrigation to all my landscaping AND my patio tomatoes, flowers, and my two raised beds. He then switched the four zone to make one just for drip irrigation, after installing a new system. Joey also took the time to explain how I can control it all through my phone. I am so thrilled with their work and professionalism. We will be hiring them next spring to install a new system at our rental, and I look forward to seeing them in the fall when they will come and winterize the system.

Service was great up until the installation. Small issues that should be resolved in a timely manner but are not. Lack of clear communication skills and or making a statement (for example “I will be here on ‘blank’ day”) and then I do not hear anything back for days until “I” the customer reaches out for a solution only to be ghosted again.

Took them on last year. This year had to have some repairs done and spent over $800.00 with them. Job was very sloppy. Left pipe on top of ground. Took 2 weeks to get back to us. Then comes back and was just going to bury the exposed pipe. This pipe has to be taken out completely and reworked. He had no machine to do that with him. Told him to just bury what was exposed for now and when he had time come back and fix it right got very nasty and walked off and told me to make up my mind. Lots of problems with this company do not hire them. I got these people 3 new customers of which none of them want him back. Also paid for closing for this coming winter but I am sure I wont see that money.

"Nothing but problems? Then why would you sign up for a contract the second year if we have been nothing but problems. You called and had a issue, I came and talked over what I was gonna do. You agreed!! I showed up to do what we spoke about, and you wanted it moved out of the bed completely. I told you I would need a machine. NO SERVICE TECH, carry’s a machine around with them. I wasn’t doing the job twice. I’ve apologized to you a number of times and told you I would fix it. As far as you paying for the contract, I guess you forget your neighbor owe be money last year, and I still blew her system out."

Excellent. The tech did not unnecessarily say this is broke or that is broke. Fixed the things real quick and did not ask for any extra money than the visit fee. Hard to find such honest and great at work techs.

Joey from Drew-Harp's Lawn Sprinklers LLC stole personal property from the premises and has refused to return the items. Joey is a thief. Additionally the new sprinkler timer installed by Joey was not installed properly and isn't working. System is in worse condition than before service. Terrible Company. DO NOT USE!

When the sprinkler system went down I called them When they said they gonna come they changes it seven o'clock in the morning. I call them back but couldn't get them back on the phone a woman got back to me days later So the sprinkler was stuck on they never called me back she said we'll get back to you and never got to me , comes up with excuses

Do not use this company. Joseph convinced me to move irrigation controller from the basement to the outside because they could not figure out the wiring. They promised to return to encase the exposed wire in a tube to protect it. Once they got paid, they never responded to several calls, texts or emails. I have all the records. A number of the sprinkler heads did not work after first or second use. Paid $3200 and got fleeced.

Great. They showed up on time and communicated clearly. Quite frankly I though there was NO WAY he could replace the 23 sprinkler heads in the 3 hours he estimated. He proved me wrong and did it in less then that in the rain no less.
