I paid for a package in the Fall last year and I'm still getting billed for things this year. Why????????

1st Service seemed fine, I had to call them to remind them to come out for the second service. Came to my home on 7/6. My nest camera recorded the tech do my entire front/back lawn in 5 minutes, there is not way he could do the lawn and observe the weeds in the back in that time. The video clearly showed that they missed application on large parts of my front lawn. I sent customer service the video and an their office manager, who does not even understand the application process tried to poorly explain the job. I requested to cancel my service and was told I would have to pay 10% to cancel. If I was going to cancel because I changed my mind I could understand the fee, but when the service was not being performed as described, I should not have to pay 10% charge to stop substandard work. Avoid this company like the plague.

Airation was good, very light with the overseed

Lawn fertilization is still ongoing. Will follow up after the season is finished. Lawn aeration was sold to me through an unsolicited phone call on a early June, Saturday afternoon. Sales rep said a discount would be for $119 to be done in September. Dr Green technician aerated my lawn 4 days later and kindly placed an invoice on my front door. It hadn't rained in over 2 weeks and my lawn was dry. Called customer service 4 times to ask why the service was performed in the middle of June. They admit the mistake and still won't credit my account. Customer service will not return phone calls. Sent a technician to my house to justify why service was performed and that it will not damage my lawn. Service technician admitted the company made a mistake. Unethical and dishonest business practices. Got a sale and sent the technician out. Who aerates their lawn in the middle of June? Common sense? Stay far, far away from Dr Green lawn care.

The work was done in a professional and timely manner.

I will use them again.

The service was great! It took some time to get lawn looking good which was expected but it looks excellent!

My lawn went from having a lot of weeds and looking generally unhealthy to being rid of weeds and looking great. In one season, my lawn looks great. The service is great, the customer service is great, and I am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend this company.

I wanted a company that would provide a more thorough lawn fertilization program than my lawn service provided. Dr. Green offered a program with six visits for fertilization, weed control, and grub control. It has been a difficult season for the lawn, even with sprinkler system, but my lawn has become overrun with weeds and crabgrass. In addition, the workers who apply the products have been very careless. In July the young man who came could not be bothered to go around my mulched area; instead he cut through the mulch over the stepping stones and spilt some of the application which caused a brown spot in the lawn. In September they came out again. This time the young man spent quite a bit of time by his truck opening and transferring bags of fertilizer. He must have spilt quite a bit because now I have a large brown patch on the parkway where it burnt my lawn. I have been calling since September 7th to have them come out. Left a message and they got back to me three days later. Finally had a worker come out on the 17th to say a supervisor has to come out. Called on the 19th to find out when this would be scheduled, they said either last week or beginning of this week. Called again the 24th - no visit even scheduled yet. Canceled my service. Lack of customer service and careless workers will keep me away from this company. <br /> <br /> <br />

They did fine. The lawn looks better than it has in several years. They always called ahead and came when they said that they would.

He is very thorough. His office staff is wonderful. I will use him again.

The price varies depending on the size of the lawn.  I can go online and check the details about the treatments that they offer.  I had contacted them because they came around in my neighborhood and advertised about their service.  They had sent a guy out to look at my lawn.  I was able to talk to him specifically.  He was able to talk to me because I just moved here recently.  I wanted to know how they would address some of the issues that were going on with my lawn and how their treatment would help.  They offer much cheaper deals compare to what I was offered in this area.
