"[MEMBER], I'm glad you were happy with the service we provided for you. If you need anything else please feel free to contact us anytime."
"While it is unfortunate that this happened the argument was generated by the electrician by doing work and overcharging the customer by over $2,000.00. When the customer called the office we immediately went on sight to discuss the issue with the electrician however the electric company indicated to our personnel that they did not have to listen to them. At that time the owner of the electric company was called and we walked thru the job with him to show what work was needed. However, in effort to apologize for the commotion we did send out a gift certificate. We were not aware that it had not arrived. Unfortunately for everyone this happened, however to eliminate the chance of it happening again we had the electricians work directly with us, and in the meantime we saved the customer at least $2,000.00. We sincerely hope that this customer would work with us in the future."
