It went really well. They were here for 3 hours and installed the new heater including gas and water plumbing. They were courteous and explained everything. I would recommend them for pool service in the future. <br />

I spoke to my warranty company. They sent out another pool company who were here within 24hrs and replaced the valve handles that Drips and puddles installed. Now it works correctly. <br />

It did not go well. They came out and could not diagnose the problem on the spot. After two weeks they finally got back to me.  They were to come back out fix this specific problem, but they never showed up.  I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Service provider referred by Amercian Home Shield (not always the best!). However in this case Joel out of the Drips 'n' Puddles Jacksonville office provided great service and went out of his way to make sure things were working right! <br />

I have a monthly service and the guy shows up at the same time every week and I dont have to worry about my pool, its crystal blue and my kids actually get to enjoy the pool. <br />

I purchased a house in Bradenton one year ago.  This company had been servicing the pool so I continued beginning July 2010. The pool had to be completely resurfaced (which I was aware of when I purchased the house) but when I arrived in July 2010 to begin to move in I found that, while the pool resurfacing appeared to have gone well, all the trash/garbage, including remnants of food consumed, from the work done was stuffed into the pool deck closet and adjacent outdoor bathroom and left for me to clean up.  The resurfaced pool deck was awful and actually looked worse than before, with clumps of sealant all over. I have since had it completely redone by another provider.  Right from the beginning there were service issues which were eventually resolved after numerous phone calls and emails.  Overall I thought all problems were resolved until this past July 2011 when I was told that the in-line chlorinator I had paid extra for at the time of the pool resurfacing was improperly installed.  This was confirmed during a service visit the first week of July 2011 and I was promised that repairs would take place quickly.  Over the following 5 weeks, until I returned to NY in early August, no repairs were performed, despite phone calls and emails.  As of today (September 1, 2011), I found out that the filter (chlorinator) problem has been fixed but my pool had not been serviced for 3 weeks and was green.  I was given an apology and a promise of immediate service and that it was simply a "communications breakdown."   I was also told I would not have to pay August's bill (which I shouldn't have to if my pool was not serviced).  While all problems appear to have been dealt with, my confidence in Drips 'n Puddles has been severely damaged and I cannot in good conscience recommend them.

I had a leak in pool for some time. I had tried other pool services but they couldn't dind the leak...kept telling me there wasn't one. However, I knew there was. I called Drips n Puddles as a last chance. They came out the next day and found where the pool was leaking. Applied a caulk of some type and fixed my leak.

I would highly recommend Drips N Puddles for any pool service needs.
