I had an emergency patch I need it done on some investment property I have I called I need the work done same day driveway expert showed up four hours later they are miracle workers and they do excellent work thank you so much driveway experts

I usually don't leave reviews but I had to make an exception Edward was very polite and extremely knowledgeable in his line of work they really did make this process very simple for me I would recommend driveway experts to anyone looking for a company that is easy to communicate with and do outstanding work

Stay Away!! "Driveway Experts" 3773 Cherry Creek Drive N.#575 720-256-0063 They paved a driveway for me 3 years ago. I was dealing with "Eddie"who I believe to be the owner. Well the driveway is crumbling in several different areas. Eddie never answers his phone, so I have left 4-5 messages explaining the issue, to have him out to bid the repairs. Nice messages, nothing negative or confrontational, just for him to call me. I never even got a call back. I told him it isn't a problem if he doesn't do "repairs" just call me and tell me that. I do not expect him to do repairs for free as there is only a 1 year warranty. Bad enough the driveway didn't hold up, and I know things happen. What a loser to not even have the courtesy to return a phone call from a past customer. I can put up with alot, but no excuse for not returning a phone call.

"we apologize you felt the need to leave a negative review we always hope for 5 stars I would like to explain what happened for future customers we Installed a Driveway for [Member Name Removed] 5 years ago 3 years after the driveway was installed [Member Name Removed] had heavy construction and while the large trucks were traveling up the driveway the broke up a section on a sharp curve. he called to get a estimate to repair this section I explained we would be very happy to price it but 4 people from the crew had covid 19 and it would be a while. he seemed to understand but shortly after he made reviews here on the BBB Google everywhere available to him I'm not sure why us not being able to give a estimate due to covid on a Driveway we Installed 5 years previous his heavy construction traffic broken calls for a negative review. I'm not sure what can be done now to resolve this but would hope [Member Name Removed] would do the right thing and erase this"

The owner lied to get the business to start with. He gave me a 5 year warranty, but would not service the warranty after a year. He said he was out of San Antonio, but was out of Saginaw, Tx. Eddie Gallagher is a real smooth scam artist. Filed complaint with BBB and all he did was argue and tell more lies. He threatened to sue me in the BBB complaint. Last year he called and offered to send me money so someone else could fix my driveway, IF I removed the BBB complaint. For Driveway Experts in Saginaw, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and Colorado - please check Yelp review and BBB in Texas. BEWARE OF DRIVEWAY EXPERTS!
