BUYER BEWARE!!! We are utterly shocked that they have positive reviews because we have never been treated so poorly by a contractor. This company does a shotty job and will do nothing to ensure your satisfaction! Our asphalt driveway looks significantly worse than before they resurfaced it. Ultimately, Butch set terrible expectations, damaged our property, and gives the impression that he has his money so it's not his problem. We were initially excited to choose them for our project because Butch was personable and seemed eager to please. Our driveway had one damaged area and two low lying spots that puddled when it rained. When he came out to quote the project, we specially asked whether the low spots would be smoothed out and he assured us they would. He also indicated his father/co-owner is a "perfectionist" and the driveway would look great once they completed it. We scheduled the project for a week that we would be out of town for convenience sake, but a month later he called to reschedule, citing his wife's birthday plans. We were frustrated but didn’t have any choice but to reschedule. On project day, we discussed expectations before they got started and Butch showed us one area of concern which turned out to be a non-issue. They worked the entire day and as they finished up, a huge storm and was approaching with a tornado warning. We noticed that mud had been caked all over the fresh blacktop, but Butch reassured us that it was wash off after a few rains. We wrapped up quickly due to weather and minutes later there was a huge hail storm. Once the rain stopped, we knew immediately that we had a problem on our hands. That mud certainly didn't budge, and weeks after it still hasn't. But worse, we had tons of new puddles throughout the driveway! It was less than an hour after they left so we immediately contacted Butch and shared photos. He stated that he never guaranteed it would be perfectly smooth and if we wanted that, we needed to have the driveway torn up and re-graded. We were shocked because we told him exactly what we were looking for and he never even mentioned that as an option (which we would have done, if he had educated us on option). He also said it was still hot and it could improve as it cooled (not true, it actually got worse). The next day we inspected all areas of the driveway and we were shocked to see what a terrible job they'd done. The old driveway had two puddling areas and we now have more than 15! After a rain, there is standing water all over the entire driveway. There's areas that have indentations from their machine, and one is so significant that it causes a tripping hazard. One of the repairs has totally sunken in. And that mud still won't budge, which makes the driveway look horrible. We reached out to Butch again that week and asked him to come look at this for himself. He agreed to do so after his trip. Unfortunately, he didn’t keep that word and has REFUSED to come look at his poor work. He said he's too busy and it's too far of a drive, but it doesn't matter anyhow because he isn't going to do anything about it. He claims that since we paid him, we were satisfied when he left and he never promised it would be perfect. We've never had anyone so blatantly tell us 'I have my money so too bad'. We were not expecting perfection, but we certainly were not expecting it to be worse off after paying thousands of dollars. We never indicated we were satisfied-- we rushed inside for safety purposes and reached out within the hour to say that we were NOT satisfied. We now realize that they accept cash only and no credit cards because they want to ensure the customer has no recourse. With so many other options for driveway resurfacing and repair, we strongly suggest that you choose elsewhere. If you still go with them, please do yourself a favor and submit payment after you have a chance to see the full scope of their work.

From quote to completion Driveway Services is top notch. Butch, Ezzie and crew are all courteous, professional and so easy to work with. We have a driveway with 2 ends one of which is in a curve on Highway with fairly heavy tractor trailer traffic. They all have an attention to detail which I appreciate and resulted in a beautiful driveway that we both love. We couldn’t be happier Ron and Judy

The company installed a gravel driveway at my house in May 2020 and even with some of the heavy rains since then I have had no issues with the gravel washing out. I would recommend this company and would consider using them again if I decide to pave the driveway in the future.

They did an awesome job. They took their time to make sure everything was done right. They cleaned up after their self. Made sure we were happy with job. We love our new crush and run driveway. I would highly recommend them.

Worse experience ever. High price for Very poor work. Took advange of the fact i was single, medicated for depression and from the north. Made me pay more then contract called for, plus additional for drain pipe.

At first we were very happy. They showed up on time and cleaned up well. However, within 5 days grass started growing up through one of the driveways ruining the asphalt. We contacted the company and were told to spray roundup. They will not fix the issue. They were supposed to use an herbicide before laying the asphalt. We paid for the herbicide that they asked us to buy which was a separate charge over and above the paving. There was a change made before they started paving and one driveway was extended instead of a walkway but that is not an excuse for shoddy work. If there wasn't enough herbicide, or this was a concern the pavers had, we should have been informed. We know nothing about paving and were depending on professionals for guidance. I would NOT recommend Driveway Services to anybody. This is NOT a way to run a business. We go out of our way to hire locally and it is usually a good thing. Not this time.

Mr. Harrison did a wonderful job on my driveway. He provided helpful suggestions to ensure I chose the correct product for my situation; and was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend Driveway Services.

Ezzie of Driveway Services performed the job exactly like he said he would. He had good attention to detail and made sure the job was done right. He did an excellent job and we would hire him again.

They showed up the same day I called and gave me an estimate on the spot. My driveway is quite long and had never been sealed so it took alot of material. I thought the price quoted was reasonable so we shook hands on it. The next day he and his crew were there exactly when they said they would be. They did a great job and were in and out. They told me to call if I saw any issues and they would come correct them. Very professional. Much appreciated the quick job - unusual with contractors these days.

<p>Mr. Harrison first coated our driveway back in 2008.  He prepares the surface very well by edging and blowing the driveway clean.  He uses the best material for coating it.  And he now has a machine that fills cracks with tar.  He is very prompt and professional.  We don't want anybody but him doing our driveway.  Thanks Ezzie!  :)</p>
