Response times are so fast. I would leave a message with the office and Jim would call me back within minutes from his cell phone. He came the same day and did the estimate since he was close to my area. The response time, their service, the job they did and the price were all excellent in my book. Definitely recommend.

John called me on Thursday after the review and made an appointment for the following Tuesday. John's nephew Ed called Monday evening and again Tuesday morning before coming. Ed was punctual and very professional as he explained every thing he was going to do. The job was perfect - even with the patches which he explained would be a little noticeable. The price was very reasonable as I had received estimates from others who were almost double the price. I would recommend Driveways Express to others.

This was all around a very pleasant transaction. James Stanley returned my calls in a timely manner. He came out when promised for the estimate and set a date shortly thereafter. Because he had a cancellation, he was able to do my job sooner than originally scheduled. He and his crew did the job while I was not home, and I came home to find a beautiful driveway. It was all done and all clean. (His crew even had to do some additional work; they removed bricks lining the side of the drive and did not charge extra.) I would highly recommend him and his company based on both service and workmanship.

Jim and his team were referred by other satisfied customers in the area. It went smoothly. They worked from 11:30 - 4:30pm and finished in one day. No issues came up. It looks beautiful. Our three kids now have a smooth and large blacktop to ride their bikes on.
