He was punctual. He gave a lot of suggestions and took his time to do the job. In spite of being a brand new home, he found some problems that the builder had to address.

Lazy, unprofessional and not worth your dollar

"Consumers do have there opinion. She was late to the inspection so I was told to start with her sister and realtor. Her sister was knowledgeable and my client was clueless when she asked questions her sister answered. They kept taking me tools and reinspecting things I had done. As Lazy i opened access panels that I dint have to open and i think I went over and above. I checked for moisture and didn't get back to her with a list of reading is where she is confused because i am a home inspector not a moisture inspector. Still searched the www for info for her but not prompt for her. People dont appreciate what you do for them. She asked if I checked microwave It was a new renovated condo and i didn't bring food or cups to try boiling water to check microwave"

OUTSTANDING AND PROFESIONAL WORK. Dominic is a professional, he's not bias about anything. If something doesn't seem right with your property he will tell you straight up. He gave me the best quote out of the five quote I consulted. Took pictures of everything he saw, he was at the job site on time, wrote a very detailed report with pictures of the property, he gave me tips for future references on how to maintain your future home. Excellent work! Put in an extra day to do the outdoor inspection because he figured it will rain on the actual inspection day and NO additional charge. Dominic is very responsive and no time limit, ask him as many question about the real condition and of the property you're buying and he will give unbiased reponse.
