"Thank you for your feedback. I notified you in advance about the traffic delay and understood the new arrival time was acceptable. I arrived and did my best to complete the work despite the condition of the old walls. If there was difficulty reaching me, a communication issue with the contact number may have occurred. I take my responsibilities seriously and always strive to provide professional, reliable service. I apologize for any inconvenience."
"If possible, I would kindly ask you to reconsider the rating, as I always try to provide high-quality and careful work. Your feedback is very important for my business. Thank you again!"
"Response to Review: Dear Diana, When I completed the job, you checked everything and confirmed there were no issues, which is why you left 5 stars. I was never contacted about any problem months later. My correct number is 929-800-0110 (listed on my website). I would have gladly returned to fix any concern. I respectfully ask you to reconsider your review. Thank you."
