Dr. Rescue was fantastic, very transparent with pricing, on short notice was able to get me on the books, showed up on time and had the job done quicker than I had expected. Pedro, Edgar & Anthony were the gentlemen that worked on my install, they were very professional, friendly, and great at communicating. They also found additional items that they believe could help me, which I hadn't expected previously, Dr. Rescue called me directly and explained what it was and exactly what the price would be. The price was exact, to the penny, that was quoted to me. In the past I've had services that will quote one price but then charge another, not this time. All in all great to work with and I learned they offer more than just AC services, so I will be using them going forward on any home improvement projects that may pop up.

From booking to the completion of the job I am definitely more than satisfied with the work and professionalism of Dr. Rescue. The Knowledge of what I needed to get done was beyond my expectations. Kelly replaced my 4 Ton unit. Three days after Christmas. Easy to work with, job installed with no issues. I went with his recommended unit. That was two years ago. It has performed flawlessly. Kelly is first stop for next AC work.

Very fair price to replace leaking freon from older downstairs unit as well as quote out a replacement that we knew we were going to need this year based on Kelly’s assessment last year when he serviced the equipment.

I can't recommended Kelly's AC enough. Our system went out. We called Kelly's as one of several companies I talked to as part of our research to get a company to troubleshoot the problem. Everyone I talked to at Kelly's was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I was still researching companies but was so impressed with their people I talked with that I scheduled a visit. I'm glad I did. The technician came out, answered all my questions about the problem and how to resolve it. He fixed it quickly at a fair price. I have been very pleased with the entire experience. I have already began telling my friends and neighbors about my great experience.

I called Kelly's A/C about 6:30 on a Friday afternoon. They had a technician out here in about an hour. He had a part with him and was able to get our air back on that night.

Kelly informed us that our AC's were very old, and gave us the option of repair or replacement. We replaced our AC's - and his crew was back the next day and done is just a few hours. Very professional, informative, honest. Highly recommend.

Great! I selected Kelly's A/C based on the numerous other good reviews on Angie's List... expectations were already high, and Kelly's A/C meet/exceeded expectations. After learning that we would need to replace the whole unit, we got a quote from another company on Angie's list with A ratings as well... Kelly's quote came in much lower, and came with a 2 year labor warranty (vs other company only offered 1 year labor). Kelly was also willing to pass through Trane's current promotional rebate program... which took another few hundred dollars off our bill. Kelly's team was professional and efficient (both on the phone and in person), and had the unit replaced in a single morning... so far, quality of installation seems very good. Great experience, and I will definitely go to Kelly's first for any future needs.

Scheduled a routine A/C inspection after having difficulties at one of our other properties. He was prompt, courteous and professional! After taking a look at our system he stated everything was in good shape but recommended installation of an overflow switch to prevent any major issues or damage to the house in the future. Installation went quick and smooth! Couldn't be happier!

Amazing! He made it out the same day. I got a call when he was on his way, which was nice because I was handling movers and a couple of other contractors. He diagnosed the system and the solution was actually much simpler than I was told by the previous company. He fixed the hose and replaced the drain pan and only charged $448.00. If we were not moving out of town, this would be the only company I would ever use. Made this chaotic cross country move SO much easier!
