This company will evaluate and only do what is needed to do. I actually wanted a lot more done, but he said it wasn't really needed since most of siding was in good shape. They did metal underpinning for a my pier and beam house. I am way out in the country and it is hard getting any service for various things out there, but D&R was more than willing to make the trip. My house looks better than ever and the cost was reasonable! Thank you D&R!
