When talking on the phone, he indicated he charges by the job, not hourly. Told me it would be $150 but when he got done he said I owed $199. Very little work needed to be done with a part that was $5 to be replaced.

"Well actually the part was $15 And it took a lot longer because we had to sit there for 10 minutes 5 times while the dishwasher had to recycle to check for the leak So basically we charged them $29 extra for 50 minutes of work Also it was same day emergency service We are a little confused and very disappointed in this review."

I called at 10am, the owner of the company arrived shortly after 11 and was done by noon! I could not be happier. He explained the typical cause of kitchen blockages (dying garbage disposals), and scheduled me for a replacement 4 days later. When I suggested going with a more expensive/ powerful model, he declined the opportunity to upsell. He also took time to clean up the dirty water splashes under the sink, even when I told him not to bother. Also, my dogs liked him.

Everything went smoothly. The work was done quickly and efficiently. When they were done they told me if I had any problems to call them right away. I have not had any problems and my drain works like new. I can recommend them without hesitation.

No work was done. We had him come to our house to give a FREE estimate to fix our bath tub leak. It says free on Angie`s list. All he did was look at the ceiling and get info from my wife. I repeat NO work was done. We were charged $99 for a FREE estimate. If it wasn`t for that I may have selected them.

"This is not true We did not just walk in and charge them we actually diagnosed the problem I got Underneath there bath tub found where the Leak was coming from We then gave them a quote to fix And we charged them a service call which is exactly what we said we were going to do on the phone . It was a $99 trip charge not 1200 . At least they gave us a's for everything else and we appreciate the review. But disappointed thank you mgr."

It went well. He trouble-shot the easiest solutions, to the most involved solution. He figured out where the clog was, and finally had to cut into a basement pipe to remove the clog. He cleaned up a lot of the mess, and explained to me how to clean up the rest. He answered all my questions, and even helped with another smaller issue.
