(Just like there's no offices, company cars, and slick advertising) Those things cost money and time and would only add to your window cost and take me away from doing what I do much better than creating websites - sparkling windows.

Punctual, hard worker Perhaps I was uninformed, but I thought the window tracks would be cleaned as well. They weren't. I contacted the company to ask after the project was complete and, although they were prompt in replying before the job, I did not get a response after the job.

Outstanding! A quote was submitted within four hours of our contacting the company online. An appointment time was confirmed for two days later. A picture of the assigned worker was shared. He arrived promptly on time and proceeded to do complete an excellent job. We couldn't be happier and definitely will be using Dr. Windows again!

The windows were great. The power washing is still streaky a month after it was done.

"Hi. Thank you for the feedback. The 'streaks' referred to by the client are actually aged spots of the siding revealed by the removal of all the dirt, pollen, and algae after pressure washing. These are not streaks from pressure washing but are areas that have aged having a 'chalky' streaky look. We have confirmed twice that this is this case as they will not remove even by hand scrubbing and is simply aged siding. Thank you:)"

My Mom was readying her home to put it on the market. Her house has panoramic windows, and washing each one personally was more than she wanted to handle. After I found Dr. Windows on Angie's List, she contacted them to arrange for an estimate. I can only say that she was extremely pleased on every level. The estimator AND the washer both arrived when they said they would; the price was great; the washer was professional, yet very nice; and he did a fantastic job! It was great how they emailed her his name and photo ahead of time, too, so she could be assured that the young man coming to her home was who he claimed. <br />

I have used Dr. Windows in the past and they always have done a first class job. I wish I could have them back every month to keep my windows sparkling. I recommend them and will continue to use them for window cleaning. <br />

They scheduled for the date I requested. The estimate came back quickly and was $100 less than other estimates I received. They arrived actually a couple of minutes before the time they had said and completed the work in 1 hour and 15 minutes (about 21 windows all on one floor). The windows look beautiful!! The only issue is that my two storm/screen doors didn't get their screens installed, perhaps I had to specify that, but those are easy to do for me, so not a problem. I will absolutely use them again, probably a couple of times a year. Highly recommended. <br />

Fantastic! Super responsive - got a quote quickly and scheduled easily. Service had to be delayed due to weather (cannot power wash when it's freezing), which was completely out of their control. Very impressed that I received a call from both the cleaner and the office to let me know that work needed to be rescheduled. <br />Work was done quickly and professionally. Results are fabulous. I am so happy I don't have to do the work myself!!!! <br />
