They did what they said they will. Waiting for the 2014 spring to see how it will perform. So far so good.

The work was done well, but the EZ Breathe system was placed in an ineffective location. I called several times to try to get someone back to move it to a location that would improve its effectiveness. They always promised to send someone, but it never happened. I stopped contacting them after 6 months. I'll have someone else do it.
Dry-X Waterproofing , Healthy Way, waterproofed my basement. It was a substantial job. Jordan took
the time to explain and educate me on what was the best and most
economical way to go. I fully understood how everything works as well as
how damaging water in a basement can be. From what I've been told by
others is that most systems installed do not work as promised. The
system I received is fantastic. I have not had any water in 3 years. I
am pleased with Dry -X integrity, knowledge and professionalism. I
highly recommend this services
Perfect sump pump installation
and foundation repair. These guys know what they're doing. I had tons of
cracks in the concrete walls and floors of my basement and Dry-X
completely stopped the water from coming in. And they got good sump
pumps for back-up just in case we have another flooding season.
The job was done in two days. The workmen were industrious, completing it in the time promised. And they did a good clean up
job as well. We are very happy with the results.
I'd like to say that I am very pleased with the services provided by Dry-X. In 2011, my basement flooded as a result of hurricane Irene. Although it was only several inches of water, my carpeting was ruined and my walls were damaged. Before I could fully refinish my basement, I knew I had to take steps to make sure my basement wouldn't sustain water damage again. I called on Mid-Atlantic. They thoroughly explained how and why water seeps into a home's basement and what I could do about it. I had the work scheduled and it was completed on schedule within a week. DryX'S waterproofing system works. I have seen heavy rains since Hurricane Irene, and I have had no more water seepage into my basement. I also have a Dry-X battery backup sump pump. I have since refinished my basement, and I like that it stays dry now. Finally, I'd like to add that I've used Mid-Atlantic at two homes I've owned. I called the company the first time for my former residence in Greenwich,CT (in 2009) and again for my current home in Westfield NJ (in 2012). Wherever I've lived, I got water in my basement nearly everytime it rained. So, being a two-time Dry-X customer I can definitely vouch for their service and professionalism

Dry-X Waterproofing waterproofed my basement and now I have a nice liveable place for my family together. They sealed some cracks on the walls and put in a new sump pump. While they were there I found out that they are very involved in giving back to the community and you just don't hear of companies being that generous.... this is a company that comes highly recommended and I will definetly use them again if I ever need their services.
We contracted with Dry-X Waterproofing in
July of 2013 to do a multi-step water proofing process in our home, I am
a retired Building inspector and have inspected thousands of homes and
businesses both New construction and remodels, I have seen some of the
best contractors and unfortunately some of the worst. The crew that was
sent to my home was very professional and always respectful. I was
contacted every morning before they started any work and they cleaned
their work area each day before leaving in the afternoon creating a
minimum impact on my wife and I throughout a very labor intensive
process.
Was it noisy? Come on Jack Hammers and general construction cannot be
done without making noise, so yes for a time it was noise that should be
expected but the noise was kept to a minimum and we were warned before
the crew started this portion of the work and were even offered ear
plugs if we needed them.
The foreman went over the whole process each day and
gave us a status before and after each days work.
We could not be happier with the job that we received but of course the
proof is in the pudding and I am sure after being allowed to check the
work each day that our system is very stable and will service all our
needs for years to come.
By the way I never told the workers of my Background as a Building
inspector so they had no Idea that throughout the whole process I was
evaluating them not only as a client but as a Professional combination
residential/commercial building inspector also.
Bottom Line our experience was great.

We finished our basement and
needed to put in a new apoxy floor that would keep it dust-free and dry.
Our house is over 100 years old, and the floor was really a mess. We
called John at Dry-X Waterproofing. He responded immediately, gave us a
fair estimate, and went above and beyond when we needed a bit of a rush
due to a furniture arrival. His price was fair, his attitude and
demeanor was professional, and the work was of the highest quality. I
cannot praise Dry-X Waterproofing too highly. We have had a good deal
of work done on the house, and no one who has worked on it has been
better than Jonh and his crew were wonderful. I give them my highest
recommendation without hesitation.
My experience with Dry-X waterproofing Tommy came over to do an inspection
and estimate, and he explained everything in a clear, thorough,
intelligent and friendly manner. He gave me a detailed estimate. And on
the appointed date, his guys came and did an excellent job in a short
amount of time, for a reasonable price. I would heartily recommend this
company
I really want to thank everyone (sales rep, crew, foreman, etc) for
improving my families air quality. My husband and my son both have
asthma, and have been having a very difficult time breathing lately. The
sales rep actually performed a mold test in the house, and I found the
mold I thought was only on the walls was actually in the air in my
entire house. They came a few days later to install an Easy-Breathe
system and later came to fix my basement water issues.
I chose Dry-X Waterproofing because I know a lot of contractors,
and they agree that the company stands behind the product and service.
Another "big" reason I chose them is because they have done business
under the same name for many, many years.
It has been a couple weeks since the basement was complete, and the
dirt is still settling and the basement is a lot less damp and humid. I
am so happy I decided to choose Dry-X . Every single person I dealt
with was professional and courteous to me, my husband, and my children.
We highly recommend using their services.
The work is still in progress. They gave me a $500 Angie's List membership coupon. They honored that and that helped a lot. They finished the job. They said it was going to take a day and a half or two days and they finished in a day. We were worried about the rain and so he fit us in as soon as he could. Josh came in and was very informative and well knowledged. He just looked around the area and told us exactly what we needed. He just focused on the job and showed us what was needed. He had the right tools so he gave us a demonstration which really helped us understand what was going on. The guys came in and we felt like they rushed through. There was some damage to the wall, I'm not complaining about that, it might have been just the way they had to get to the wall. The work is guaranteed for the life of the house and it is transferable, so that is a very good thing. My husband and I tried to finish the basement and we had another torrential rain and there was water in the basement. I called Josh and his guys came over and they found another crack in the wall and fixed it with no questions asked. It wasn't something that I was expecting. They just came out and cut the wall out and found a crack in the foundation and repaired it. Then they said, let's just wait for another rain and see if there are other problems. They are working with us. They have the best price out of the other 3 contractors that we had come in. There may have been some miscommunication because we thought that the pipe running away from the house would be 30 feet and it is only about half of that.

Called DryX because the water seeping
through the mortar had gotten worse over the years. They explained
things thoroughly and did what they said. The crew worked hard,
efficiently and professionally. They answered all my questions along the
way. Cleaned everything up when they were done. Overall very pleasant,
professional experience.
The work went quickly and professionally. The crew was careful to
protect our environment and to keep us notified of what they were doing
and when to expect noise, etc. This was especially important as we have
three older dogs and we were able to schedule their water theraphy for
the noisiest day. There was an additional problem discovered with
plumbing into the basement. A pipe from the street to the water meter
had to be replaced by another contractor. The Basement Guys were unable
to waterproof that spot until after the repair was completed. They
returned promptly and completed the work, also double checking for any
chips or gaps that had arisen in the foam insulation and fixing them
and touching up the waterproofing epoxy where the termite company had
drilled holes in the basement wall. We were extremely pleased with
their service. They are phenomenal! We highly recommend Dry-X Waterprofing.
We hired DryX to waterproof our basement and I truly couldn't be
happier! They were clean, efficient and stood by their work.
They kept me well informed throughout the process. They did a great job
keeping the house clean while doing all this work and I am VERY
satisfied with the results. We got our first rain the night after
completion and everything worked perfectly. The basement is
completely waterproofed now and we are in the process of having it
finished. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend this company!!!!!
They assessed source of water coming up from the basement floor. Recommended
a choice of 3 optional levels of repair, thoroughly explaining the
costs and benefits of each one, as well as a detailed explanation of all
the steps involved in the waterproofing process. After we chose the
optimal solution for us, he and his crew procured all the materials and
took care of the problem. We highly recommend them !
Dry-X salesman came to our home promptly on time and reviewed the problems
with our basement. Water on floor, mold, and dampness. He had
credentials, proof of licenses and recommendations. Based on everything
their team came out on time and waterproofed the problem area, installed a sump pump as well as a
dehumidifier. The warranty will extend to the next owner should we sell.
It has been a full year and we have had no problems in our basement for
which we are very grateful. I am very hard to please and I would use
them again.
They were a very hardworking crew and pleasant to deal with. When John
showed up, he took a good amount of time to think about the job and come
up with some creative ideas to make the job run smoothly. The first day
was just for job preparation. They prepped the area with heavy tarps
and plastic to keep the area clean.
Joe called to confirm our appointment, and arrived three minutes before the scheduled time. He told us at once that he loves dogs, which is good since we have a few.
Joe took the time to explain what he'd found, and reassured us that we were not in the kind of bad situation we thought we were in. He gave simple, inexpensive treatment options, and did not charge for the consultation.
He was, in a word, great!
They were efficient, knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with the
work which they did. When I had an inter rain for an hour yesterday
there was no water at all which shows that the job they performed
absolutely worked. They charged me as much as I thought it was going to
cost.

Update: They did come back out and sealed around where the radon
fan goes into the basement floor. However, I also had an issue with the
underground connection outside. While they were good enough to connect
the pipe system to the downspout in that corner, they did so in a way
where it is not sealed. So some water gushes out and up right next to
the house. I have called three times about this, starting at least a
month ago. Twice they never got back to me. One time they did, asked
that I email a picture, which I did immediately. Then I never heard back
again. At this point, I give up and not going to waste time calling
them again. Ill try to deal with it myself.

There has also been a
few cracks in the cement they put down in the basement. Nothing major
though, but I didnt expect cracks within the first month or two. They
also had a major crack during the work in one of the cement wall blocks
at floor level. Its right behind where they put the wall guard thing so
its going to be difficult for me to fix. They shouldve fixed this while
they were doing the work.

While overall I was initially pleased
with their work, but the things mentioned above they overlooked or just
dont respond to when i make mention disappointed me. If you choose them,
be vigilant with any issues you have while they are there.

Joe, the salesman was excellent and not pushy or gimmicky like other basement waterproofing salesmen. Explained what they recommended well. The foreman, I'm bad with names and don't remember it, seemed very knowledgeable and was professional and nice, though I must admit he was very hard to understand as he had a strong accent.
I was initially irritated as I had thought they were going to arrive between 8 and 9 am the first day and I didn't receive a call. They showed up close to 11. They quickly got to work and did a great job. Though one spot they had broken a piece of a bottom concrete block on the wall and didn't patch it up. Granted I may cover the wall eventually with a vapor barrier before finishing the basement, I think it would've been better if they patched it.
My initial plan was for them to have the sump discharge towards the back of my property, the Foreman talked me into going about 10 or so feet toward the front of my house instead. His reasoning made sense as the area I had picked would've had water spill onto my neighbors property, however my plan was to eventually extend it even further back myself after I cleared out some small trees. My worry with his location is that a major rain or snow melt will result in a lake in my front yard too close to my house. For the time being, I'll see how it works out. I may move it myself in the future if my worries turn out right.
I'm a little confused on how long I should wait to move stuff back against the walls. Joe had told me a month while the foreman said 5 or 6 days. I'd rather know for certain what the safe time frame is, so I don't ruin the new concrete.
Overall, nice clean job and the pumps work very well. I have more water entering the basement than I thought, as the pumps kick on twice an hour or so.

Update: I may have to call them up and have them come back. I have a radon fan going underground. I've found that they didn't completely seal around it when they put down the new concrete.
