They are pretty good at what they did. They came when they were supposed to. Finished the job when they were supposed to. They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Quality was fine.

I was not happy with them because they would not answer my calls and text, I will not hire them again because they keep promising that they will fix it over and over but they are not coming . The basement is still leaking, they are terrible and that was $6000 for a senior citizen with a fixed income and I'm broke . I don't have money to hire somebody to fix it again. They changed their number and I'm very frustrated,but, they are welcome to come back and fix the problem that is why I question the paper works.I just wanted them to call me.

"Mr [Member Name Removed], I'm sorry that you weren't happy with our services,however after speaking with Steven Schulz our sales manager and also the person who sold you your job he informed me that he personally along with the construction crew went back to inspect your basement and explained to you that the area that was wet wasn't the section of basement that they installed the Waterproofing in.When Mr Schulz sold you the job he explained to you that your entire basement needed Waterproofing but you elected to only do a portion of your basement.I would be happy to come out to your house and meet with you anytime.
