Dry Deck Ceilings

The ceiling looks beautiful and work was performed faster than expected. I highly recommend Al's under deck ceilings.

We just had a new deck built earlier the fall. We ran into Al at the fall Johnson County Home & Remodel show. The deck construction had left the area under our deck a pile of dirt and it rained the night before. We have two mid-sized dogs and they came in after their morning "constitutional" covered in mud. I called Al and left a message, identifying myself and telling him we'd like to put in a ceiling, and asked if he could do it that afternoon (Thursday). He told me he was in Olathe and had several jobs, but was kind of waiting on them to progress, so he could come out in about an hour and look the job over. He was there right on time and the next morning he was on the job with equipment and supplies in hand. They completely covered the underside of our 14'x22' deck and had it done by Monday. Al was very professional, accommodated some last minute things I wanted to do (run some wiring for a ceiling fan and lights) and didn't change extra for some additional work he had to do as a result. We are very pleased with the work done by Dry Deck Ceilings and would be more than happy to recommend them to others needing the same service.

<p>We were very impressed with Al and his company.  When we originally decided to put the dry decking on our decks, we were focused on protecting the underneath furniture, and getting more use out of our decks during the spring and fall seasons.</p> <p>While the dry decking has provided the functions we were after, it also surprised us how much different it makes our decks look.  It is night and day how these finishing touches bring out the value and look of the decks.   We viewed it no different than when finishing an interior room, we would not finish a room without finishing the ceiling as well.  With the dry decking material, it essentially is finishing the outdoor room if you will, and as you can tell we are very impressed.</p> <p>Al the owner was very professional.  His quote did not change once the job was done, he was present every day to ensure the job got done, and when finished he would leave the workspace very clean and professional looking.  Al was easy to talk with, and really helped us understand the product offerings we could pick from, and provided recommendations not upsells.  </p> <p>Overall, we would highly recommend Al and his company!</p> <br />

Al Adriance the owner is a craftsman.  He spent time evaluating the project so that he knew whether what we wanted was feasible.  We have a three story deck and wanted the second story to be kept dry.  He installed the system under the third story deck, which also had skylights included, so he had to specially fabricate the aluminum to allow the light through the skylight while maintaining the water tight integrity of the remainder of the under deck system.  He has many colors, and we chose copper as the color, which has a great look and finish.  In addition to custom fabricating the roofing, he installed guttering and a drain system that was hidden so that the finished look of the cedar deck was not ruined by the gutter/drain.  He also installed lighting and an exhaust fan as part of the project. <br /> He worked from dawn to dusk each day until the project was completed.  He cleaned up after himself and even re-painted areas that were scuffed during the construction process.  All, in all, this was a good experience and we would definitely recommend this contractor for any dry deck system you want for your home or business. <br />

The work went well.  The pergola was built and Al came in and installed a metal ceiling on the pergola.  He placed the panels, electrical wiring, LED lights, and outdoor ceiling fan.  There were no problems and the lights/timer and fan work perfectly.  Al is very professional and pays attention to the detail of his work.  I recommend him and his product 100%. <br />

Prompt, courteous, and professional.  The project looks beautiful!  He went above and beyond, by cleaning up our old fans and light fixtures to look new again.  He even supplied a new switch cover and light bulbs so the final project would look stunning! <br /> I wish we could insert a photo, to show the nice work. <br />

Al was always very responsive when I needed something about my under deck guttering system.  There were a few issues that came up after the install and Al always responded and came out to fix them each time one came up.  As of now, the under deck system works great and was a great addition to our new deck.

We have recommended Dry Deck Ceilings to many people in our neighborhood and will continue to recommend Dry Deck Ceilings to anyone who is interested in this product.  Al was one of the best contractors we have had do work for us.  I cannot say enough awesome things about him.  He worked through the bitter cold and worked long days to finish our project.  He is very knowledgeable about the product and the proper installation of the ceiling.  He continues to check in with us to make sure everything is still ok and to make sure we are still happy with our dry deck ceiling.  He is very easy to work with and does an AMAZING job.  We love our ceiling!!!!
