He cleaned vent from where it enters house from outside and also from where dryer vent enters wall in laundry room. To access from outside he had to climb up ladder to reach since laundry room is on second floor. I could see that he removed a lot of lint. Hard to tell if he removed everything since you obviously cannot see through vent but we could see that dryer vent flaps on outside were showing decent air flow with dryer running. He asserted that the air flow was now good.

It was really badly clogged and he kept at it until there was enough air flow to satisfy him. Will definitely have them back again in a couple of years. My vent is long and has an angle so pretty prone to clogging at the bend.

The techs worked for us on few sites before . As always they are punctual, professional and perform quality, thorough work. Respectful of property and everybody is comfortable with their presence in the home and the work they do. That is a big A+. We also like their preparedness with all tools possible needed and the clean up after the work. The feeling ( of being taken care of, being well advised on performed work and proper care of the dryer vents and having safe home) is priceless. Hired and rehired anytime.
