We were called back within an hour of requesting a quote for a dryer vent cleaning. Adrian arrived within the scheduled time frame and was professional, helpful, and thorough. He had a lot to clean, but was able to get it all and not leave a mess in the house. He also installed a critter-proof flap to the outside. We were very happy with the experience and will definitely use them again.

Seems exorbitant for 1/2 hour vacuuming a standard dryer, internal and external. Nice guy, though. Did tell me the cost before he did the work. Hopefully, he did a thorough job. Didn't offer feedback afterward. Took about half an hour.

Adrian came when expected. We discussed the options and he gave the best choice of simply changing out the vent. Hr crawled out of the basement window and performed the work. Cleaned up and vacuumed when he was finished.

John was prompt, professional and he allowed my 3 year old granddaughter to be his assistant (which she loved). He did a great job under difficult conditions (tight and messy). I recommend him highly. I would certainly call him again.

One person came out to complete the service and it took about an hour. They left the area very clean when they were done. It was a tight space to install a vent line and they got in there and did an excellent job. They were very professional. It works good.

PROFESSIONAL. ON TIME. WENT UP IN ATTIC AND INSPECTED VENT HOSING. TOLD US THE HOSING WAS UP TO CODE AND WOULD LAST ABOUT 10 MORE YEARS EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND THE REASON BEHIND IT. GAVE US REASONS WHY THE DRYER LIGHT SAYING VENT NEEDED CLEANING MIGHT GO ON AND WHAT TO CHECK. GAVE US $10.00 OFF FOR USING ANGIES LIST. SAID WE SHOULD BE GOOD FOR THREE YEARS :)
