The technician was very knowledgeable, and made some suggestions, displayed the air flow differences of before and after cleaning. Reinstalled outside vent that had come off. Was very clean, cautious of COVID-19 and utilized set parameters. Overall, was a friendly, hassle-free service.

"Big dryer, small space! We can make it work. Installing a dryer box to gain 3 1/2" can allow a door open and close again. Besides cleaning we install new and repair vents like this. Thanks for the review. Mark"

Mark, the owner showed up well within the scheduled time frame, ran a diagnostic on my dryer's air flow and after providing the results to me, proceeded to clean out the dryer vent, which is about 18 feet in length from the dryer to where it vents to the house exterior. He pulled an estimated 5 years worth of dryer lint from the vent line. He left the area clean and was very friendly and professional throughout the procedure.

Mark did a good job. In addition to cleaning the vents he crawled under the house to check the vent condition and installed an improved connector vent between the dryer and the wall.

Excellent. Mark was faced with several difficult issues, including having to run the duct work around multiple obstacles. He not only succeeded at this, he created a redesign of the venting system that greatly enhances the laundry area for our newly remodeled basement. We are thrilled with the results.

Since I had no idea that this was really necessary it was a relief to hear that everything was running well and it only needed to be cleaned. After cleaning, I did laundry the next day and my clothes dried faster!
