From the first call, their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and compassionate, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Technicians Jacob, David, and Travis were knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. They explained every step of the process, with incredible attention to detail. DRYmedic’s equipment was best in class, and clean. The technicians were respectful of my home, kept the work area clean, and followed up afterwards to ensure satisfaction. From the time I made the first call, the response was immediate from DryMedic. There werr multiple touchpoints throughout the whole process. Their inspector, Ethan, was very professional, polite and thorough. He took his time examining all of the affected areas and explained what he discovered. The inspection report was delivered in a timely manner and I truly appreciated both the friendliness and expertise of every person I interacted.
