John was great! He was prompt to answer when I called asking for an inspection. He was able to come out the evening I called and gave a thorough inspection and a good quote. He was able to show me the hazards right under my nose. Once I was able to commit to the remediation, John was able to pencil me into his schedule and worked with me on his timetable for remediation. He was fair in asking for half of the payment up front, and the rest after. He also provided photos of the whole process from start to finish. The end result was better than I expected.

Dryn 3 Guaranteed is a phenomenal company. I had a bad mold problem in the basement of my rental property. I called the company out to remedy the situation. The company was quick to respond. They were very knowledgeable on what was going on and what to do to fix the issue. The job was done in a very timely, orderly manner, and when the company was done with the job, the work was extraordinary. It was as if I had never had a mold issue at all. The company and owner are very professional. I will most definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
