Overall, the service was completed as expected, however, once they were paid, I have not been able to receive a timely response to my request, which is for D&S Dependable Drain Cleaning to provide me with a 'diagnosis' for the water heater to provide to my warranty company for reimbursement

They came within the hour after I had called. Found the problem right away and made repairs within a few hours. My water was restored to my house. Same day service. Handled themselves in a professional way and was courteous. I will use this company again.

Dylan and his crew did a very good job repairing the broken pipe under the slab of my house. They responded the same day and came out the next day. They were very helpful in explaining exactly what needed to be done. The estimate they gave me was exactly matched the cost. D&S worked very clean and left my house clean. I will define us them again for any plumbing repairs.
