We have never been disappointed. If and when we have had minor problems with one of our two heat pumps...they always come the same day. They work and service the units in the Spring and than remind us in the Fall for another check-up. Very professional, clean, neat, courteous ...what more could you ask for.

They were timely and again they had to come up and asses the problem and order the part and when the part came in and the called to schedule a day and time to come in and do the replacement. They tried to fix it and then it only lasted a short time so they came back and said it had to be replaced.

We have a contract with them for service and maintenance and we've had problems with our heat pump and had it replace and our electrical of the air conditioning and I had it replace, we're not use to heat pump so we came are from the north and now we are in the south so less than ten years only we had to replace twice, they contracted with the builder to do the original installation when the house was being built so we just stuck with them and they came out and they fixed everything and so far everything is good. They came out they had to asses the situation and had to order the part and that took a little while and then they came back out and replace the unit so the were reliable and they came back when they could after the part had to be ordered and so it was satisfactory. They came out timely and they didn't make the repair I guess it's the quality of the equipment. Their customer service is good when yuu call them they respond.

They came over the same afternoon to isolate the problem. They showed up the next morning first thing and started working immediately. They were courteous, friendly, business like and really just put us at ease. They did their job well and cleaned up quickly. The house is now cool and comfortable. I can't say enough good things about them. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company charged me $735.00 to replace a defective HVAC part under warranty that they had installed. Their technician said it was a "big job that would take two men several hours to complete". Thus, the price seemed a bit high but in the ballpark. The company sent one person who completed the work in less than 1 hour. The owner was belligerent and argumentative when I called and questioned the charges. He said I had agreed to the price. Bottom line - I was charged $735.00 for one labor hour. They sent one person, clearly indicating that they knew the true scope of the job. This felt like a bait and switch scam.

The service was great. We called them one day and they were out the next to install the new system. I thought the cost was reasonable and they were really good about coming out, I could not have asked for more with needing the service as quick as I did.

The service was just mediocre, I was not completely pleased with them. I had a question about the air filter and the technician did not know and he never followed back up with me. The price was competitive. They were on time and they were quick.

I would not use anyone else in Buford. They were johnny on the spot and the prices are always great. They know who I am as their customer and they appreciate my business. They treat me as a friend and they really do a great job of treating their customers in a customer oriented way. I always think of D & S like family.

On 7/8  service man said a damper must have been stuck and did nothing.  That charge was $95.00. We had called them a year ago.  The service man immediately replaced the computer for + or - $500.00.  We called him back because it still did not work.  Another man replaced the freon for another  + or - $500.00.  They took no responsibility for the misdiagnosis.  The person who answers the phone is also very unprofessional.  If you like to waste money give them a call. <br />

The service is great and prices are reasonable.

I chose them because a former priest who was here recommended them. They were fine and their price was lowest in the group that we looked at.
