Work scope changed. Contractor did not notify me of a change in cost. Then asked for a payment I thought was way out of line after the fact.

The provider became confused during the installation, brought in other relatives, and finally after several days found that the tv was defective.  <br /> They did keep trying. It is possible that their wiring would work if I got another tv--not sure. <br /> <br />

They were okay. They didn't really clean up their work. I still have patches on my wall. They took care of it but after the mount, they didn't. There was no additional charge. I used them before. They are nice people.

They were thorough, neat and efficient. I am happy with the work that was performed. My only concerns are that they had to drive an hour and a half to get to my home and that I paid much more than what I had purchased the deal for. I would still use them again in the future.

he was on place on time. my only complaint is he cut a hole in the wall and didn't patch it. so now there's  a hole in my wall....great. <br />

The wrong voltage was used for heaters, had to be redone by another electrician. The owner was busy and didnt respond to texts to come finish the work correctly. By the time he responded, we hired another electrician to redo the work. The office called to apologize. <br />

Such honesty and dependability is not usually something you come across in today's world. It is excellent to now have an electrician that the whole family can depend on. I will most certainly use them again! <br />

We did lots that day. It was chaotic. Several service providers jockying <br /> for position in a newly purchased home helping us get some messy stuff <br /> out of the way before move-in. Jose and his crew (3 total) replaced ugly <br /> cans, cabled from one attic to a sealed-off second attic, added <br /> recessed media power plates through plaster for all TV stations, put floor boxes in <br /> (which meant crawling through under the house - non one's idea of fun), hung <br /> TVs and more. Big day, lots accomplished. I haven't used Jose since then <br /> primarily because I've been cutting corners and "saving" money, but I <br /> know who to call when I need a pro. And shockingly, I run into him all <br /> over town at the most random locations, so our most recent contact was <br /> probably a couple months ago stopped at a light. It's uncanny, but I'm <br /> taking it as a sign I should book him for all my future needs. <br />

I have been trying to get them to do the promised work since May 2014. <br /> I have written numerous times through Angie's list and called them only to get promises to come that they do not honor. <br /> After numerous attempts to schedule via the Angie's list board and many voice mail messages on their cell phone, they eventually respond and  agree to provide service on dates that they pick, and then they cancel at the last minute. They leave illiterate messages on the Angie's list board. <br /> They cancel at the last minute with childish excuses...like, "I have a headache.." or the excuse they repeatedly use is, "...workers don't want to work today..." - - the days and the times they themselves PICKED!  Or, they just don't show up. <br /> Now they are avoiding my numerous requests  to return my money paid through the Angie's list offer PLUS the <br /> extra $100 they talked me into giving them for wire. <br /> I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY BACK.... IMMEDIATELY!  they refuse to return my money. <br /> THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS! <br /> <br />
