It was fine. They did a nice job.  They did some sewer running-they found a collapsed piped and repaired it.  We had to pay more.  The price was fair.

The guys purchased and installed a new garbage disposal very quickly. They were also knowledgeable and honest about water softeners and RO systems.

Setting up a time to do the inspection when I would be home was somewhat difficult. We had multiple e-mails back & forth. Unknown to me, they came out, and because the access pipe was outside, and they did not need access to the house, they performed the service--cleared the sewer line of any debris. We set today to have them come out to, I thought, perform the service. Turned out it was to show me where there might be a problem in the line. To get this information cost me an additional $325.00, which would be deducted from the cost of any work they performed. I agreed to the young man walking over the line, and pinpointing the place he had indicated the pipe was sagging. He then called the information in and the office got back to him with an estimate in excess of $4,600 to take up the grass, dig down to the sewer pipe, and replace the 6-10 feet of sagging pipe. I thought the price was completely excessive, since the inital inspection revealed no tree roots, no obstructions, nothing but a sagging line without any other problems. I never saw any video, pictures, or any other information about my sewer line, which I have never had the slightest problem with in the 25 years it's been in the ground. My common sense tells me to get in touch with my homeowner's insurance to see what they will charge me per year to cover this type of repair, which would be my responsibility were I to experience a problem between my in-home sewer hook up and the street. I did not sign up to have any further service performed. I was glad to have the line cleaned and to find out that there was no imminent problem about to occur--broken pipe, leaking-nothing. <br /> <br /> Since I never actually viewed any of the stuff they were supposed to have done, I'm just taking their word that it was done. If any other member signs up to have this done, I would recommend that they insist that the paid for service is done when they are available to see the actual video, photos, or other available information regarding the interior of their sewer lines.

They did an okay job. They were supposed to send an estimate for additional work and they did not send that. They did honor the coupon. They were on our property for a short time and I would not pay that much for just a camera inspection in the future.

They didn't come the day I thought they were coming, and the number that was given was not going through. So, I contacted Angie's List, and they got a hold of them, and the person who called didn't apologize. They guy who came out was another name, it was not Ed-Rooter. I told him that my kitchen sink was backed up, and that is why I needed them. He told me that it was an extra 49 Dollars, and I paid it to his name, not the company name. Later, the guy who I had originally called from Ed-Rooter, called  and said that this guy was his sister company or something. The whole thing was strange. They did the work, and I can't complain about the work.I can't fault the work, they use the camera to look at your line, and he said that the reason that I had so much grease in my line was because my pipe had settled in the front yard, and that they could replace that, and it would be 3 days and 5000 Dollars. I said no, because the whole thing had before had put me off.  The price was terrific. I would not use them in the future.

The technician, Luis, arrived late.  The technician that came out had a California phone number written on the truck and a different company’s logo.  Right off the bat, the technician told us that we would need to pay him 20 dollars for gas money.  We had already called the company to find out why the technician was late to the appointment.  The deal never mentioned that we had to pay this extra amount, so we had to argue with him for a while.  I had to call Angie’s List to get confirmation that we were not supposed to have to pay that extra money.  The tech didn’t come with a hose to hook our water line up, so had to borrow mine.  That annoyed me, because that type of hose won’t get any kind of great pressure.  He was back and forth between his truck and the sewer line, and I felt like all he was doing was walking.  We were on the phone with Angie’s List so it was hard to say for sure what he was doing.  I went out to see his finished work because my husband was on the phone, and he told me to go back inside and have my husband come out.  The whole time he was there, we never saw or heard any indication that any kind of motor was running.  Then he left and said his company was going to send an invoice.  He left no paper at all showing what he did.  He did show us a small computer screen showing the drain, but we didn’t see any “before” or “after”, and what I saw didn’t really seem to prove anything.  We never signed anything or got any paperwork.

plumber was great did a fast and neat job and was on time. This was the second water heater I had ed rooter instill one was for me last year ant this one was for my daughter.  I called  and one hour later the  plumber was there to install my water heater. very fast service <br />

I spotted the promotion offered by Ed Rooter Sewer and Drain on your website while looking for the appropriate contractor to solve my problem. I called them directly because my problem was not a sewer drain as featured in the ad, but a landscape drain. The ad showed a high pressure water nozzle clearing roots from a pipe and that seemed to me to be what I needed. I had used a rooter service on another property and they broke through the pipe which would be a nightmare if that happened here. The person I spoke with on the phone suggested they could come out and for the ad price run the high pressure hose and if that did not solve the problem, we would go from there. Luis arrived on time and knew exactly what he was doing and how drainage is supposed to work plus he had all the tools necessary to do the job. What started out as a single drain cleaning turned into finding that the main drain was totally blocked; clogged with tree roots and various cement like products that had been hosed down this drain over the last 13 years. Using his high pressure hose, rooter equipment, camera and a lot of heavy labor and tenacity, he and his assistant were able to clear the main line. Luis suggested I add a clean out boxes on either end to facilitate clearing the line in the future which he recommended be done yearly due to the number of trees on my property. When digging to find the main line he and his assistant also found all kinds of other surprises in the form of other landscape pipes and electric lines. They took great care not to disturb these and if a line had to be cut it was reconnected when they finished. With the wrong contractor this project could have been a disaster. I ended up with just the right man for the job. He was knowledgeable and professional. When he was finished everything was clean and back in order. I have no idea what the cost of a project like this should be, but Luis and his assistant worked on this project for over 12 hours during several days. They used all kinds of equipment including the pressure nozzle, a rooter and cameras. The ended up finishing the project in the rain and digging down three feet on a property in the Las Vegas valley is no easy task. Moreover, they solved my problem and with the addition of cleanout lines made things better than new. They get an A+ from me. <br />

Called in the morning and he was in contact with me several times as to when he could get someone here. We felt they went out of their way to take care of our problem as fast as possible. When the plumber arrived he knew immediately where the problem was and went to work. We were amazed how polite he was and explained what he was doing. We have found our plumbing company! <br />

Fast service and great price on a new water heater. I got a up graded water heater for a lot cheaper then any other plumber I called. I would definitely use again and also  would recommend to any one. The plumber that came out did a great job of installing water heater <br />

The plumber arrived on time, installed my faucet in 35 minutes, cleaned up the area and left without incident. I was totally impressed!!! No problems at all. I in turn called the company and thanked them for such fast and efficient service and told them I will certainly be using them again in the future.
