It 'WENT' very smoothly! <br /> He was easy to work with, did everything I asked, and did it well. <br /> The only problem was that the instructions for hanging the Roman shades were somewhat confusing, but we managed <br /> to figure that out. and they look great. <br /> ALL of the things I've mentioned are things I could have done myself years ago--except the Roman shades. Most <br /> 'handymen' I've met don't seem interested in doing these smallish things--but often the small things are the most <br /> important to keeping a house 'working', <br /> I'm very pleased with this provider! <br />

I was very pleased with the new flooring. The tile is beautiful, and very precisely installed. I was very impressed with Danny's work practices and quality of work. I would highly recommend Danny Stephens to others, and plan to hire him for additional tile work in the future. <br />

Came late. It started to rain, and the handymen went home, and I was charged for 2 hours travel time while it was raining. Work was great but costs were too high.

<p>Very happy with the results. We needed various things done to give us greater organization and space in the garage and mud room. Danny was very professional and knocked them off one-by-one. I was pleased he was able to remove the old cabinets above my washer and dryer without moving the appliances. I had prepped the area by putting carpet on the appliances and taping a tarp over them. Our new shelves look great, and you would never know a built in desk had been there previously. I was sorry he could not fix a pocket door that had broken inside the wall but am not yet ready to cut the wall open. We did do some discussion beforehand on the specific work I wanted done so he came prepared and I had the space and items ready. Will likely use D Stephens again. </p> <br />

I feel that he took advantage of me because I was not on the property. He was taking advantage. He just wanted to make some money. Two of the jobs were very minor. He didn't even do them. I answered "yes" to the above "Were services performed by the provider?:" under duress because I wanted to be able to file a complaint on this provider.

Mr Stephens was very professional, very quick. He needed some parts for the toilet and went to lows to get them. He also looked at some of the other parts in the toilet and saw they were in bad shape and replaced them too. Mr Stephens is easy to get a hold of and quick to get to the job!! This is the second time I have used him. I will definitely be calling him for other projects. <br />

The draperies look great. I didn't have some extra pieces and a curtain rod, so will have to have him come back to finish the job now that I have the items. He changed several light bulbs, but wasn't sure how to change the bulbs in the stove hood, and said he didn't want to force them and risk breaking them (which was appreciated). When I asked him to do something extra, even though it was right at the end of the 3 hours, he did this (carrying the bench upstairs) without hesitation. <br />

After several postponements for weather and vacations, contractor made quick work of he repairs. He was persistent in keeping in touch with me and seemed to know what he was doing. We discussed some future work.
