This company did not properly install anything. Light switches, door locks, AV equipment were all improperly done. They got plaster on a $4500 projector screen and then refused to have it repaired. They attempted to invoice for materials and services not delivered. They did not complete the job, and stopped responding to calls and emails. I found them to be incompetent and dishonest, and would stay away from them.

Technician was great but it was impossible to reach my cable provider so We could not determine if problem was solved. (Coronavirus shut down) One week later when cable provider responded ,we knew that the problem was solved.

Everything went like clockwork. They finished ahead of schedule and were very professional. I have used DTV before for installing home theater system. I would strongly recommend them for blinds or for home theater work. Shaun and his crew are great.

The service was excellent. When they initially arrived they assessed the job to make sure they had everything that was needed. Something was missing so they went to purchase it. Upon their return they mounted the television quickly with minimal noise, programmed the television so it could be used immediately and cleaned up when they were done.

Very well. My only complaint is that to program my remote control, it needed to be registered and they did it under the company's account instead of creating one in my name preventing my from making subsequent changes.

Couldn't be happier. Ken and Ihor were great. They worked quickly, neatly, and took the time to answer all of our questions. They made sure to clean up every room that they were in and gave us some great suggestions for down the road. The guys were great and even started mapping out what will be done for Phase II of the job in the basement. John and Sean were great as well. Sean came out quickly for the estimate and they were patient with all the questions we had. Their estimate was spot on and there were no hidden or extra fees. Looking forward to the basement work we will be doing shortly. Would definitely recommend DTV to anyone who is looking for AV work done in their business or home.

above my fireplace in a. BRick wall.did a great job. Accurate to where I said I wanted it placed leveled perfectly. Awesome job a bit pricey but worth it. The guy was very nice and did every thing fast

I found DTV Installations here in Angieslist. The estimate was a little bit over our budget, but John (owner) with patience explained to us what we really need and what would be real wasting of money. After upgrading our house looks like James Bond cave) Thanks to John and his guys!

John and his guys were professional and courteous. I explained to him what I wanted done and he provided me with options and a cost for mount, label, wires, etc. John came to the house before our fireplace was resurfaced and ran the necessary electrical and HDMI cables. They patched up holes that were needed for the wire runs and advised me what to tell my contractor with regards to the fireplace. Once the refacing was complete John scheduled a time for his guy to come out and complete the wire run and TV mounting. The contractor I used for the fireplace refacing had a few delays so I had to reschedule with John a few times and he was completely understanding and accommodating. I would def use DTV in the future.

They arrived on time even though it was snowing. They were neat and efficient. All the functions of the TV were explained. We had family over for Super Bowl Sunday and everyone loved the TV. I would definitely recommend them.

DTV team actually arrived earlier and called in advance to let me know. They were able to set everything up quickly and ensured that everything worked correctly. They also cleaned up after they were done. They were professional, diligent, and courteous. I would definitely recommend them.

DTV team did a phenomenal job. The staff was incredibly clean, respectful, punctual, responsive, and creative. The staff anticipated my needs and budget and proposed brilliant recommendations on the optimal products. The home modifications (ceiling, walls, moulding) were done with high precision and were completely undetectable at the completion of the job. Following the completion of the work, the company has been responsive to any issues that surfaced.

Let me first start off by saying "wow!" From the moment the two workers (Dan and Dan) walked into the house they were extremely friendly and professional. We contracted DTV to install three televisions and shelving. We were on the fence about having the fourth mounted, but by the completion of the first one our mind was made up that we wanted to go through with the installation of the fourth. Dan and Dan worked extremely well together, from the way they mounted the televisions, set up the plastic for the dust particles, and cleanup. They even offered to reorganize the furniture in the rooms that they were mounting the televisions. I was extremely pleased with John and the workers at the home and will be recommending the company to colleagues, friends, and family!
