Dubois Plasters Plus

BUYERS BEWARE! This guys is a scam artist, we hired him to repairs the drywall in our bathroom and he failed to smooth it out or finish the paint job! When we asked him to paint over the repair, he asked for more cash! The job is not complete and Clifton knows it!

on a scale of one to five work and service rendered was a five PLUS. could not have been more satisfied with services rendered and interaction!!!

Reasonably priced would use him again when needed great work

Patched walls in 2 areas

I am a Real estate agent working with a seller getting ready for market. Clifton at Dubois Plastering was amazing. He came right away and did a wonderful job for a very reasonable price. I would call him again- first call!! They are wonderful

Do not hire this company. If you have any issues, you will never get Clifton to come back and make it right. He blew me off 3 times before I am finally writing this review and put me in a real pinch on my kitchen remodel - the whole job has been held up now for 2 weeks and he knew how important my timing was. Now I have to find and hire someone to fix his work and essentially pay more than double. Clifton also asks for cash so there is no trace of the agreement and you canâ t do anything about it once heâ s gone. He doesnâ t put anything in writing, no written quote, no written invoice, no guarantee. I should have never paid him as I questioned the patch and he said it would cover with paint. Itâ s evident that Clifton has never done half swirled ceilings before so he lied about that in the original visit and thought he could wing it. If someone canâ t do a repair, they should be honest and say I canâ t do it and I donâ t specialize in that sort of work. 1) The wall plastering was just ok and I had to sand a lot of areas but will be ok. 2) I have a ceiling that has half swirls with textured compounds and had some water damage. - He did not know what tool to use for the half swirls and I had to give him a wallpaper brush to use - The patch he did looks horrible and isnâ t even blended in with smooth edges. - When I went to paint, all the old compound fell off all the way to the sheetrock because he didnâ t scrape the old compound off far enough from the water damage, which I went over in great detail. - Called and texted him multiple times and he actually told me he would be here two different times and never showed up. Sent him another text yesterday and gave him one last chance - I heard nothing back.

Clifton was great to work with and professional from the start to finish. He skim coated our kitchen and living room in 2 days. His attention to detail was super and wanted to make sure we were happy with his work throughout the process. He made a potentially very messy job very easy to clean up and he was very respectful of our home at all times and would have him back anytime. I highly recommend Clifton without reservation.

Clif’s experience showed through his quick and thorough work with high attention to detail. He skim coated an entire kitchen, dining room, and two hall way ceilings in two days. He was very communicative throughout the process. I am very happy with the service and I would recommend Dubois Plastering.

As far as professionalism, he walked me through every step of it. I was 100% satisfied with them.

These guys are pros. Completely happy with the option. Was quoted 5x more for a lower quality product that wouldn't have worked well for us. Thank goodness for Clif and the team.

Very talented in the restoration work that they did!!!
