Nice clean and very reliable. Very easy to talk with and helps with what you need to do to the pool tell he comes back to clean the pool. I really like the digital report that he sends out after his visit. That really helps with what is going on with the pool. He is very good for the fair price that he charges.

This company is very reliable. I am always going out of town and I never have to worry about my pool not being taken care of. In some instances where they are not able to come in, I will receive a notification before the scheduled service telling me that, so great communication (weather, internal issues, etc.)

Ducky Pools has been awesome to work with. Super reliable and easy to communicate with, which honestly goes a long way. They always show up when they say they will, and I really like the digital reports after each visit so I know exactly what was done to the pool. Now that its warming up again I am excited to hop in! They?re honest, fair with pricing, and easy to talk to, not pushy or salesy at all. It?s nice knowing the pool is taken care of without having to worry about it. If you?re in the San Antonio area I?d definitely recommend Ducky Pools. Solid service and someone you can actually trust. Ive even convinced some of my neighbors to hire them and they are extremely happy I did.
